    Thanks again Paul! I'll be working on this for the week. Another fire spinning day Wednesday so let's see what I can do with it. It's great. I have escrima fire sticks that combine into a bo so it's perfect for all the videos you have. Though most of the practical striking doesn't look as cool as the weaving done for wrist flexibility. I did have some people interested in where I learned it after last Wednesday's session.

      You don't. It's more of a coordination / wrist strength / wrist flexibility exercise, I'd presume...

    Tried with a brooming stick and the problem is that it's so short and light that you can't really get a feeling of the spin, the weight should help keeping it spinning in the right position, no matter how hard I try, the stick keeps tilting towards my direction and I cannot feel it's real position in my palm (yeah, I've hit myself a few times)
