As a professional musician I SO appreciate how you discuss practise method - starting slow and master it - before speeding up. The number one issue I come across with my beginner students is they want to take off and play too fast without mastery of skill. Thank you for such an excellent tutorial!

My style Tae Kwon Do, only taught the staff to upper black belts. And I only got my first degree before giving it up for family life. I have been working through your videos and have learned so much already. Thank you sooooo much for making these lessons. They are absolutely fantastic!

Really enjoyed this video; the way you explain the BasicFlow with your arms straight really helped me and I found it to be much clearer than the other tutorials I have watched. I’m a bit unsure about the footwork though as other tutorials talk about standing in a neutral stance and using your hips to give momentum but maybe this is more to do with using this in a more combative rather than just spinning for fun :-). Looking forward to watching your next video after I get the skills shown here up to a reasonable speed. Thanks for posting.

I am doing your flow exercises pretty well now, and I bought a good lightsaber for use in saber training. Better to use my home made ones for learning though. I have flung BOTH out of my hands and broke a ceiling fan blade and knocked over a lamp! 😅. So, I go to deck and put you on my projector on the wall. Then I work it out! I’ve advanced faster with you than a local instructor I tried a year or so back. So, again, thanks! Next I’m going to get the 2 saber workout going. Take care! Dark.
