Hi, Anna! Most Face Yogis see visible results within a few weeks of diligent daily practice. We recommend that those practicing the Face Yoga Method dedicate about 10 to 15 minutes a day to the exercises and poses.
It’s not. I promise you it’s not. As you strengthen those muscles under the skin, you also build them. They will begin to fill out lax areas underneath the skin, and will both lift up, and lift out. It also improves circulation in the face, which contributes so much more to lifting/firming than I think most people realize. You’ll see all of this happening really quickly, too. Face yoga is incredible. The results can be downright shocking. She just launched a new website where there are a ton of before and after photos/videos. Some of these women look easily 10+ years younger. Just amazing.
Hi there! None of our exercises should cause you any pain or discomfort. Please follow the instructions carefully and practice in front of a mirror to make sure you're doing it correctly. You might also want to perform is more gently.
