LeGourmetTV Recipes Hello. Cookie looks delicious by the way! I was just wondering was the cookie crispy all the way thru or was it chewy in the middle. I love a carmelized buttery crispy edge with a thin chewy center. You didn't bite into it nor break it so it was hard to determine.
It's slightly chewy in the centre - depending on when you pull them from the oven. Take a look at the video where we tasted and talked about each of the chocolate chip cookies that we bake in this series: ruclips.net/video/osobpZTvTx4/видео.html You can find the full series playlist here: ruclips.net/p/PLgOb3zseg1hTmx86ZpwOjb8ZUb4Bc-_1Z
Made this one the other day and wooden-spooned it all the way. 3 kids and the wife loved them! Gone gone gone and the percentages were perfect for increasing the recipe. You've opened another world to me! Thank you!
These are the best crispy chocolate chip cookies I've ever had...same goes for your crispy oatmeal cookies! Although mi e aren't as flat since I put raisins in them. Still .. scrumptious!!
Hi Glen! Thanks for this cookie series. I've learned a lot. I have a question, do you weigh the egg with/without the shell when you take that 25% portion into the formula?
Unfortunately to achieve this type of cookie you can't alter the sugar amount, without completely changing the texture. You could try with a sugar substitute... but we don't know how that would turn out.

So glad you enjoyed it! Yes the Bakers% opens up the recipes to many changes - it gives you the baker more control over the whole process.

I love you’re using metric..not cups nor spoons…!!! Thanks!
Hi what kind of chocolate chips did you use? Can I use regular chocolate chips found in the grocery?
Hi Glen can I omit the chocolate chips and Still achieve the same texture cookie

Without the shell - You can 'round' to the nearest whole egg, you don't need to split eggs.
@@GlenAndFriendsCooking thank you!

But u were eye balling the brown sugar they look good
Really your instructions indicate you broke down the measurements to cup measurments?? Some of us not that confident with the scales! please
3g of baking soda?!!
Yes - it's 3g of baking soda.
Everything is in grams. That sucks.
I know right? Or you could blame how badly your education system failed you... that's what really sucks.
