Best wishes Cole, I'm sure you got a shot at sub 67 mins. I'm currently following your 5K training plan you posted a few weeks back and very happy I'm on week 4 where there is drop in volume and intensity given the heat this week. Currently 32C where I am in Surrey. I love this weather for just chilling with a cold beer but running not so much.

Thanks to the algorithm, I found this video. I’ve spent the past two summers in Canterbury as a visiting scientist at Uni Kent. I was so excited to see the drone footage of the track where I did my speed sessions. Wished I knew about you before I left!

@@ColeRunning I was there for all of July. I really enjoyed long runs out and back to Whitstable on the Crab and Winkle, but my fav was a run from Whitstable to Margate on a super crazy windy day. tailwind the whole way!

Something I’ve always done. I love to race, not sure I would run if there wasn’t a race to test myself!!
