- Welcome back! In todays I take on my Coros Watch 5k Fitness prediction of 18:37. After 6 weeks back of running I wanted to test the fitness and see where things were at. Dude, your dad looks like he’s hurting! My wife had meniscus surgery 7 months ago and she’s back to normal and running now, so I hope he recovers well too. Congrats on your ongoing comeback!

I laughed when you said your watch says you are in 18:42 shape cos I recently recorded a 5k time trial vid and that was my exact time but I think you could take a year+ off and still have that comfortably 😆
