Awesome run 👏 glad the comeback is going well! I’m running the Cardiff half as well (bit slower than you though!) it’s a great race (beware the nasty kicker at about mile 12)!

Solid time that mate 👏🏻 do you log all your training on strava? Iv broke 16 twice (15:54 pb) but half pb is 1:11:30 and according to pace calculators that says my 5k time should be closer to 15:20 but i cant manage to get it down. Any tips?
