Love Kernow. And these videos! 👍
Fantastic! Storm watching at its best! Those waves are frightening and beautiful at the same time. It must have been a lot of fun!
It's amazing to watch - truly humbling! Sarah :)
Fascinating. Thank you for sharing. Very brave and fun intro
Thanks - a little caught out on the intro!! Sarah :)
Wow, those are some powerful waves 😮👍 Thank you for recording and showing us 😀
Cheers Torunn! Sarah :)
Perfect introduction Sarah , thank you for this awesome footage of the storm , the sea was furiously unleashing its might but how mesmerizing and beautiful!!
Totally agree! A storm is humbling and fascinating to watch - from a distance!! Sarah :)
Fantastic footage, but, I watched it with my heart in my mouth....keep safe
Loved it. Awesome footage. Don’t you just love nature! Thanks you two. Looks like you both got a tad wet!
Thank you for taking the time to record and share! I just love watching a stormy sea. ❤️
You’re welcome! This is a compilation of our experiences. The full videos are on our channel, if you are interested. Sarah :)
Thanks for filming that, is fantastic to see the full force of nature, Ciao
Cheers! Sarah :)
This instant, storm "Sabine" (= "Ciara") is rattling with us in Germany. Thanks for taking a healthy saltwater shower for the good of us! In your video I always look to the houses on top of the cliff. May be the roofers must have extraordinary skills, what do you think?
Cornish houses are built to last! We endure a lot of high winds and stormy weather. I've always thought it was because Cornwall sticks out in to the Atlantic, one of the first place to hit land! Sarah :)
Oh my Goodness !!
Nice to watch from a warm and cosy home....
We have also a storm (called "Sabrina" )here today. Railway and airports are closed !
I like the sound of wind and waves but a storm is a scaring thing.
Take good care and thank you for the impressive video ❣
You're welcome! Sarah :)
This is my favourite beach
Thank you for braving the elements to show us the amazing power of that Atlantic storm. Wow.
You're welcome! Sarah :)
Cornish Walking Tahidy and portreath
I went to Isle of Man in February then Penzance i love this!!
maybe some day, I'll pay Cornwall a visit?😁
Love it!
Wow. Great footage
Awesome footage, thanks for sharing, great video, all the best 👍👍
A lot of folks don't realise hear in Cornwall it gets really bad in the winter
Big storm for you guys. Hope all is well with you. Stay safe.
Hi Kay, thanks for watching! We are doing good, thank you! Yes, another big storm will be rolling through this weekend, like a conveyor belt across the North Atlantic, Sarah :)
Beautiful waves, in a dangerous sort of way.
Totally1 Sarah :)
Wow amazing footage looked dramatic those waves wow
Cheers! Sarah :)
Its always a fun time when the storms arrive especially on a spring tide :)
Good spot! Nearly spring tide, next weekend I think! Sarah :)
I see on your film, that the wall has been rebuilt that was damaged in a storm a few years ago. Thanks for showing.
Indeed it has. I think it was finished at about Easter time last year, new steps too! Hopefully it's still there today, Sarah :)
Awesome filming but very worried for the seal Sanctuary further along to Gwithian
Looked pretty rough and some of those buildings must be feeling vulnerable so close to the cliff edge. We had to cancel a night away last night, which was a shame but the right call to make, cheers Alan
Hi Alan, looks like its going to be stormy again this weekend with Dennis coming in on Saturday, Sarah :)
Feeling real sad, I have great memories of fishing boats in the inner harbour protected by drop in boards. Both seem to be gone now.
Wow that was great very good filming
Cheers! Sarah :)
Making a splash. You two take care....are you off out to film Storm Dennis now this weekend? Exhilarating stuff. J x
Hi Judy, I will be very tempted to film Storm Dennis, especially given the interest in storm videos and they are relatively easy to do but it will depend how much rain there is - don't want to risk the camera! It will be a judgement call on the day, Sarah :)
~ ASMR ~
There is nothing so magnificent and frigthing than the fury of Neptune when he strikes his trident upon the oceans floor! 🔱🌊🔱🌊🔱🌊
Neptune is not moving those seas.
@@MikeGreenwood51 Would you prefer Poseidon.
I love the poetic imagery! It certainly was moving! Sarah :)
Poseidon doesn't move those seas either. Oceanos is upon Ge. Neither are ruled by either Poseidon or Neptune.
Вот эта мощь стихии! И все-таки океан прекрасен даже в своем разбушевавшемся виде!!!!!!
I like the words used by celestialske1 , however at 2:35 I would say " it reminds me of a boiling hot saucepan of milk" great footage folks xx
Yeh, the sea was very white! Good one! Sarah :)
Mmm Sarah with a wet bottom!!!! Andrew got his own back for getting a wet bottom on a previous episode maybe? Lol Really good footage we had similar waves here at Porthleven looking forward to another one of your trails! Alan
Porthleven in a storm is incredible. The clock tower always looks so defiant, Sarah :)
10/10 for that one great viewing
Cheers! Sarah :)
I was gonna make my way down there but decided to watch on beach cams instead lol
Maybe our 'beach cam' was a little closer to the action! Sarah :)
Wow, so amazing to watch. Looe was a bit more sheltered that Portreath!
We find the north coast is generally more entertaining than the south, and maybe the stretch from Penzance to Lizard, Sarah :)
Hi, Sarah. Bonjour.
The water is very dark.
Please adjust the UK for mapping.
P.S. Would like to see a little piece of a map at the start of your videos for better locating....
Corwall, it is west of Devon.
@@MikeGreenwood51Thank you - THAT I did know.
Meaning where inside Cornwall....more to Port Isaac, St Ives or Plymouth. Something like that kind of information.
I'd second that. The first thing I usually do after watching your videos is to look up the location. So to have a map at the beginning would be great. X
Considerably bracing, I can't think of much else to say!
Summed up perfectly! Sarah :)
People should not get too close to stormy coastline..could so easily grab you and drag you in..be safe.
We had cleared it with the coastguards and they were very helpful advising us where we should go. Sarah :)
Back in 2003
Oh my gosh!!!!! Don’t get washed away!!! Lol.
We only went where the Coastguards were advising it was ok and safe to do so! Just got caught out by a rogue wave! Sarah :)
😱 Quite choppy !! Life on the open waves 🤪🤪 very dramatic foot wetting footage
Hi Steve, Andrew got wet feet but I managed to avoid it somehow! Sarah :)
Sad people watching the sea,,,AGAIN
grow up
Not sure why youve had some negative comments, clearly some jealous and bitter scaredy pants inhabit youtube, i thought it was brilliant and im just gutted i couldnt have been there
Thanks for your supportive comment! After being on RUclips for several years, you grow a thick skin and get used to it! Sarah :)
End of world soon
Ggggeeee if this is the reaction of a UK storm.i dare image the reaction if we had a tornado!come on folks get it together it's called winter...
and its cool to watch
Stunning and scarry,same time,wow..tfs👍
