Alot of common sense stuff but that's rare these days. These tips would be great for elderly who get edema often yet u see them sat legs down all time. Regular massages/feet emf machines, feet up, potassium supplements should be a staple norm.

I was walking for 5 days a week for a lot of years and still ends up with DVT..
I think it's the seed oils and processed foods. Also, the EMFs... from cell towers. I was great until three years ago when they put up two huge cell towers... now, I have ringing in my ears and my feet and lower legs don't feel like my feet.
