Age spots, also called liver spots, solar lentigines, or sun spots, appear on areas of your body that are frequently exposed to the sun, like your face and the backs of your hands. They are small, and can range in color from light tan to dark brown or black. These are different from larger patches known as melasma.
Like most people, you may think many of these dark spots are caused by the sun, when in reality, they could actually be signs of advanced aging.
According to a recent European study, age spots and uneven skin tone can make others think you’re up to 20 years older!
And they take away your true attractiveness more than wrinkles do. That's why so many people seek natural remedies and professional treatment to get rid of age spot issues.
In today's video, we'll look at the root causes of age spots, and the top 3 nutrients (1 plant compound, 1 vitamin, and 1 mineral) that get rid of age skin contrasts (hyperpigmentation).
We also talk about how two nutrient deficiencies can increase age spot formation, but replenishing them helps age spots fade away.

I am a person who NEVER goes in the Sunshine and this has been throughout my life of 79 years. I do have age spots but found they faded a lot as soon as I went on a strict Carnivore Zero carb lifestyle.

Maybe the carnivore diet increased previously lacking zinc?

Appreciate the great information! I don't mind so much looker older (I'm 60 and have had one age--or sun--spot near one temple for many years.) Reducing sugar is always a good thing to be reminded of. Seeing beautiful examples of ice cream and cake don't help, though. Lol.

There is a difference in age spots and fungal moles, which can be increased by poor diet and are more prevalent in covered areas that tend to be more warm and moist, thus a perfect environment for fungal caused moles.
