Filter
4 tsp rice flour
2 pinches turmeric
1/2 tsp aloe gel or Flaxseed gel
2tbsp lemon juice
Paste ready
Apply to rinsed face, 10 to 15mts
Rinse
Rice water spray, keep for 10mts

Yes, it’s very good on feet and hands as well. And yes you can store in the fridge but for only 7 days since these are natural home remedies they don’t have any preservatives.

Yes u can put that paste in to ice trays and can use whenever u want iam using this since 12 days a lot a changes are visible

Hi Doctor, have a query, please. Can we use this mask on a face with pimples?
It's better to use salicylic acid face wash. This will take time to show results. SA 2% and benzyl peroxide 2.5% gel shows quicker results and much more effective on pimples.
From what I understand, it's fine to put lemon on your skin if your skin can tolerate it, but not before going out in the sun. So, this should be done ay night.

So...I have been using your rice water method since the day u have uploaded this video...now on 7 april it's been 13 or 14 days I guess...soo the result is impressive...my skin feels soft and clear...acne marks and spots are still there but less noticeable ...the only thing is...your skin become too dry after this even I have oily....I m using almond oil for face massage along with this...overall I will be continuing this again after 15 days...♥️

@@suhridpaul4499 honestly...I am not using it anymore...to some extent it worked..but after that it's all your diet n all...I observed that excessive intake of certain things like caffeine...sweets..trigger my acne...so In my opinion your should try thus for 15 days but along with this observe your skin and monitor what u eat...keep skin clean...dont try too many remedies..deep breathing and exercise do play an important role...that's my opinion...and yeah my skin has improved alot...rice water was not the only thing..but was necessary and helpful for me...thnku and sorry for this long reply 😂👍
Thank you for this great video. I have one concern about prevention of broken capillaries on face. Is there any underlying cause for this? My 7 year old daughter has beautiful skin but on her cheeks they are some broken capillaries visible due to her delicate skin. Her pediatrician says she is born that way and nothing you can do about it. I am wondering if there is any natural remedy to improve that. Is it a circulation problem ? Consult with a good dermatologist... You can use aloevera gel for some days if she has not any allergy

I am 31,have same problem since childhood, looks like nobody addressed earlier and as I have grownup it’s visibility also increased and since it started to bother me I consulted with dermatologist and the advise I got is that only cosmetic treatment can help nothing else and also to apply some good vit k cream can minimize in long term also Applying sunscreen regularly.. since your daughter is young precautionary measures can cure or at least won’t increase that much.
