      Are you ppl for fucking real, if you have issues you should take responsibility and search actively for solutions instead of relying on some bullshit factor of life…
      I struggled badly, what helped me, and still does, is a combo of cardio, a healthier diet, and less carbs. Also I completely cut vegetable oils, which made me very sick

    This is spot on; I was born with a liver adenoma in 1954, it was not found until 1983. I also have Crohn’s disease(small intestine,)I keep it under control by using the Mediterranean way of eating. Amazing what food can do either way!

    Do you know why we get all this problems first from the chemicals spray they used to spray fruits , vegetables, trees etc, and second the chemicals foods they used to feed animals like cows, sheep,chicken, goat atc, and chemicals spray they used to spray the soils course of inflammation, stomach pancreas, abdomen pain, joints pain, neck pain, intense, thyroid, brain disease atc , Africans we have to open our eyes very well to go back and get before how they do their Agricultural land and feed, don't let leaning from people from outside world to teach things that can kill ,

For some reason I did not fully realize until now that any packaged sweet (including chocolate, everyone's favourite, of course:))) is a UPF, same with white bread and baked things from the store, chicken nuggets, french fries.... Moral of the story is that I am not entering a supermarket ever again, only farmers' market, for real food🙂

    Vegetables, brown rice hurt my stomach. Can't even eat salad. Carrot well cooked, pumpkin and beets are the only veges I can take. Onion has it's days. So I stick to what my body allows.

      I’ve been bloated from my version of a vegetarian diet. All the foods mentioned. Now I’m back to a WFPB diet. If it doesn’t come from the ground, I don’t eat it. The older I get, the less my gut will tolerate food wise. Listen to your body! It knows what’s good for it.

    Good video. You are one of the few who are really science based by saying that natural sugars are not linked to inflammation, because many videos get people confused by saying that all sugars are bad, even fruit, which is really stupid, actually. But you make the common error of saying refined grains are bad for you. That is simply not true. Millions of people have been eating white rice for centuries and they are very healthy.
    There is no real evidence vegetable oils are bad for you. It all depends on the quality.

    Thank you for showing the video I have IBS which can be very painful for me I stay away from the things that affect me I don't take tablets for it I control my diet I don't use sunflower or repressed oil or mayonnaise 😮I don't eat crisp or fish and chips pizza or some chocolate have it and I make my own dressing it's in everything 😢I drink hot lemon juice first in the morning to clean though my bowels don't have a lot of sugar to replace the craving I use cinnamon it help and if I do have a bad day I drink peppermint and green tea it's flushing though and settle down but so much rubbish put in the food now 😮I have so many problems waiter and waitress when I go to eat it's depressing they think you are being fussy 😔 but you just learn to live with it .

      Soda will mess a person up espeically with IBS and anything with the Gut .
      This is why , I switch to eating Organic and I still Read the Label on Organic too.
      I use 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil , it doesn't affect my Gut. I buy it at Costco's the ( dark Bottle )
      because there's another brand that's DARK BOTTLE TOO , so you have to pay close attention .

    🤣🤣At least you’re not like the commercials on television that advertise the drugs on the market and then they say all the things the drug might do to harm or kill you🙀 and lastly, they do say, “ask your doctor” ❤️if you should take whatever it is they’re advertising.       SOME foods good for your gut:
      Sauerkraut (fermented cabbage), salmon, ginger, garlic, asparagus, rocket (arugula), chicken broth/soup (preferably home made), fermented cheese, walnuts, chia seeds, apricots, avocados, apples, liquorice, carrots, celery, chicken, bacon, eggs, to name a few.

      Hi, I don't know of you are still in bad shape, but I felt so bad for you reading this. I think you need to heal your gut. Why don't you read some literature by Anthony William? He really has great advice that works. Your gut will be healed and so will you. And you will learn so much about your body and mind, because his approach is holistic. Just don't take the detoxification too far. Depending on your issues, how long you have had them go from one to two months, and then switch to a whole foods diet. Just omitting some foods is only going to relieve the syptoms a bit, but it is a start I truly hope you will heal. All the best.

      @@jasonblack6142 since posting this I’m doing much better. I’ve cut out seeds, nuts, fruit peels, red meat, as much processed foods as possible. I take pre and probiotics, take fiber supplements, magnesium supplements. Ive actually gained 10 lbs and I’m not in severe pain anymore. Diet is a huge deal in the way people feel. If everyone would eat better they would feel better.

    half of what you said I am going through and yeah crazy but I'm taking my health very carefully because I have laser surgery and to repair some firing spots in my heart was making my heart rabbit beat and for had that seizure done I was having you know what are we still but sometimes solid but after the surgery all I could do is pass gas but I haven't passed no Bells they don't want me to strength because of this went up to the main battle by the growing to get to my heart to work on it I took some still softener I got in yesterday like down didn't wake up around today we got in yesterday around I will say maybe around 2:00 or 3:00 I think and I didn't get up around 12:00 or 1:00 today and I haven't passed any pal today if I don't have to eat some sauerkraut see that help and that relax and don't do anything straightness in my man needs to understand when the doctor told him that he needs to take care of me I'd make coffee and I use it grab her thing to grab stuff the higher shelf be careful make sure he takes his 5 minute collagen but he's in the game room we got back you fell asleep in the game room because I guess he didn't want to lay down beside me because he didn't want to ask him move to hurt me and I can him sleep in the snowing in the game room chair and wake up and it's okay for him to play on the Xbox but he needs to take care of me and take what I went through very very seriously but one step at a time that it's all we can do and I told you that night why you do that why did you knock over the pop why shame on you but I told him his mama spared enter my dream and told me ever I get back on my feet and I heal not only I'm going to get my teeth looked at he's going to get his teeth looked at that it's some and I need help him out a little bit fine he's getting that mouth worked on and he don't like it tough I'll kick his booty and he's going to get it done cuz his mama spared told me to tell him that and I did rest her soul she was there I having surgery I seen her spirit or adopted father and his sister I was cool but it's crazy all right thank you everyone who prayed for me thank you and I pray for you when I was under anesthesia and I hope all your prayers and New Year's come true

    Eat what your grand parents used to eat !!! Real food like , broccoli, spinach , carrots , baked potatoes, home made jams and chutneys . Home made fruit drinks . They kept chickens so had organic eggs and chickens. Made their own cheese. It’s not hard . Kids can do it.

    My gut problem started when I quit the wrong medication (for seizures) cold turkey due to suicidal ideations!
    Gained fifty pounds in six months, diagnosed with beginning scoliosis, worked extremely hard, lost thirty pounds, got a walker to carry purse, water bottle and reversed beginning scoliosis… but I still carry the extra weight! Big Pharma’s weight gain sticks to you like glue! I’m determined to win this weight war.
    I’m on a brutal anti inflammatory gluten-free diet, it’s been hard these past five years but I totally healed both polycystic kidneys, fibrocystic breasts, NAFLD with the right foods and supplements except IBS and SIBO. Sugar was the hardest to ditch.
    I do have scarring in the lower part of my intestines from extreme adhesions and lack of quick intervention. I had emergency robotic surgery last year.

      I just started following homeopathic chiropractors, university doctors on RUclips!!! I went on what I call a brutal anti inflammatory gluten-free diet. I ditched sodas, fast food, non GMO, nothing artificial and learned how to cook healthier instead of buying frozen food🤯
      I’ve got an HMO first time in my life; the doctor referred me to a dialysis doctor. I told the Incompetent doctor “over my dead body!”

      So you believe ... just consume industrialized seed oils [Crisco etc] in moderation? That keeps Big Food turning over its plan to keep you addicted to its manufactured foods. Eat foods that have had no changes made to them to keep healthy.

    Spot on! Keep spreading the word. We need folks to know the truth! Unfortunately, some of our food industry and pharmaceutical companies don’t want you to know this, otherwise, their profits take a huge hit.
    Health is everything, and it should be more important than profit, sadly it isn’t.

    asians rarely had any illnesses or diseases. their diet was all vegetables, rice and alot of fish.
    once they were introduced to western processed food, the illnesses started

    I grew up in a 3rd world country, don't remember my grandparents or neighbors with all the deceases of America, I learn about all the strange names, weird things in the human body and thought to myself, amazing what happens to these people. At home we eat everything and people die of age, common causes like a snakebite or heart attack maybe, their longevity is common, my grandfather died of heart attack cause someone stole his geese, my grandmother died at 113 and the he day before she passed she went to the market to shop. It's obvious here people get killed.

    I think that them great big people's out there scared everyone, we like woah & how & but we know why , emotions are a big driver in behaviors, fir instances, u yell @ me , i take a bike ride or smoke a ? emotions, stop being thugs people's, & if u beat on your little kids, they won't grow well , inside & out , but u did that , y u don't, 💝🚴‍♀️

    So much information. Stiil not helping me to get a healthy enjoyable life. You are saying stop all kind of foods that we know good for health. Docd dont help. They dont care about patients well being they are obsessed with money making. I have so many chronic health issues doctors cant help. They cant do correct dignosis. Am suffering immensley.😢
