Same here but here is a question Dr ford t answer. I eat compression socks that stop at my knees. When I take off the socks my ankles are not swollen but now above the socks my knees are swollen. I ask Dr how is this helping the edema it’s just pushing it further up to

I must tell you
I only found this video 3 days ago
so I set to it and have done 15 minutes a day and it has worked so well for the first time in months my legs look normal and have been free of most of the swelling.
The heel down first when walking has made me realise I wasn't doing it because of a foot injury so I'm taking care of this too.
I have bought your book so now I am going to make myself a fitness routine to improve my walking and everything else I might have a problem with.
I have sent to amazon for a foot stool to practise the one on tripping .
I can't thank you enough for your work on the video .
I feel so much better now I know how to fix myself .

Ask your doctor about compression
U might b prediabetic. Fasting, exercise, no sugar/carb diet may show u improvement within a month. I’d try it. Lots of fiber, some proteins and fat. No packaged food at all. Look into it.

I do the lifting exercise raising up on a 2 x 4 and lowering my heel to the floor. Works great. Thanks for this video.

Hi Will, Superb, your leg stretch exercise are fantastic - I have varicose veins and I may need professional consultation as you mention, however am still going to try our your calf and ankle stretch exercise. Wonderfully explained and demonstrated

Thank you so much! Your videos are always helpful for various issues especially having many injuries & health issues causing various disabilities over many decades! I am a certified fitness instructor and also with so many various routines given me over that time by a multitude of physical therapists (PT’s) your videos make it simple and show me modifications and proper form like no other PT or videos, especially with being older! You take movements I have known that are no longer working and add nuanced content, variations and improved form that my body loves!

I came across your video by chance and I'm so pleased I did. I have poor circulation in my legs. My consultant just advised compression socks but never mentioned physio. I will certainly be be trying your exercises from today

Love these little exercises ... I watch a video in the morning and aim to do those movements for a day/week ... until i watch nx vid ... seems a bit random but keeps me interested as i consider them preventive measures - i believe one doesnt need to have specific difficulties to benefit from exercise, they generally improve circulation/awareness/mental outlook (as a sporodic break in this routine always results in a lowering of 'happy vibes'/energy ...)Thanks for vids + book, v interesting.

If you can get a quality organic alfalfa supplement and take it with meals you'll be surprised at what it does for any arthritis of the joints . My mother was hospitalized for crippling arthritis of the spine. They were doing injections and trying to do some physical therapy but mainly they were just giving opiates to relieve the pain and she had never taken pain meds before and didn't want them . Her 11p-7a nurse was an older lady, nearly 70, still working full-time and didn't look 50 much less 70 but she told mom she wasn't supposed to give advice however in mom's case, she saw herself and issues she had overcome . She told mom stop the opiates when get home and take alfalfa 3/3 times a day at meals and when she felt relief from the back pain and stiffness then she could cut back to 1/3 times a day but it would heal the arthritis . She wasn't lying either ..my mom went from bedridden to running again !!! Plus alfalfa has so many other wonderful benefits thru out the body ..
