I know I most likely wont get a response but I think carson ended up becoming panicky because of his injuries/oline sucking his last year in philly and it ended up affecting his year in indy obviously he should not have played like that in Jacksonville but I think he could get a new contract in Washington obviously he shouldnt get 30m a year but this is just my opinion
Bad drafting (drafting Artega-Whiteside over Metcalf), ill-advised trades (a 3rd rd pick for a 1 year rental of Golden Tate), bad contracts (Alshon Jefferey's extension), and bad free agent signings (signing LJ Fort only to not use him) are what it takes to bring a Super Bowl team to a basement team.

Our WRs, while not world beaters, are young and better than last year's group. I will say this in Trubisky's defense: He is not a pocket QB, and he is not a long pass QB. Those are his two weakest aspects. However the coaches keep forcing him to do those.

Wentz is an over-coached quarterback. They're trying to turn him in to something he's not. They should avoid his weaknesses and let him play his natural game. He'll never be the touch passer Doug wants. They should just play to his strengths.
Velocity on intermediate routes, escaping pressure, and gunning flat throws on the move after extending the play. He's all about fastballs and aggression. Asking him to finesse those moonballs down the left sideline is like asking Brett Favre to play dink & dunk.

They acquired a top 5 O-Line and became a run-heavy team with Chubb and Hunt (possibly the best RB duo in the league). Turns out running verticals every play with an RPO quarterback and a sub-par line didn’t work last year. The Browns had the talent, just needed a competent coaching staff
i remember thinking, when he got hurt in 17 and Foles finished out and won the SB, that Wentz would never be anything after that. it sucks to be right.

Yup if your front knee locks like that you have no cork twist in the transfer of energy from leg to hip and it becomes almost all arm and then with his Byron Leftwich wind up he's inaccurate and late on his throws and over throws deep shots every time. Not everyone can be Wilson or brees or rodgers, but you can at least give your players a chance he's been so bad so often he's not even giving ppl a chance to catch the ball. @@Melcavic42 My biggest struggle in HS was getting more rotation in my hips. I ended up throwing with just my arm (at least thats what my coach said). I never figured it out and to this day am glad that I was at least fast lol

The whole body needs to work in unison thus why 90% of good QB's hold the ball with both hands right in middle of chest, then when ready to throw the ball goes straight to the back of the ear as the transfer of power is beginning from the weight transfer from back to front foot. So that opening of the chest by having arm go up and back helps with the union of upper and lower body motion. I was tiny height wise little under 5 7" so its easier for smaller people to be coordinated because the synapses of the brain to nerve is shorter distance so I was able to compete with bigger people because of being fast and able to generate power with that low center of gravity/speed. But watch almost every succesful QB does not have any wind up just launch almost more like a shot put than a baseball pitch if that makes sense. I did not play QB because I liked running around catching and breaking tackles too much to have to be the distributor of the ball. Plus back then HS was still such 70% run probably even slightly higher than that you dont even get the fun of making the great pass. Rivers has an awkward arm slot angle but still is accurate usually because he gets ball out quick and his motion is always the same exact awkward slot so he has totally adjusted to his way of doing things. Which is why Brett made the point trying to fix things mid season, even my dad who coached would say when you try and improve a kids motion they get worse before they get better which is totally true but look at Tiger Woods he has reformed his swing multiple times before the scandals and DUI and he would struggle for the next two smaller tourneys then be a monster again by the next Major. Its always worth it to try and become the best version of your self and right now Wentz and Doug and Press Taylor QB coach should all be fired to be honest, idiot eagles fans always try and can Schwartz who the guys love and play up for week in week out year in year out he deserves another shot at head coaching gig nobody does well in Detroit cesspool.

In 2017 the team had a strong running game. Wentz needs a good running game, a receiver who can create separation then he’ll play better. In 2018 leading rusher was a undrafted rookie.

Yup if your front knee locks like that you have no cork twist in the transfer of energy from leg to hip and it becomes almost all arm and then with his Byron Leftwich wind up he's inaccurate and late on his throws and over throws deep shots every time. Not everyone can be Wilson or brees or rodgers, but you can at least give your players a chance he's been so bad so often he's not even giving ppl a chance to catch the ball. Brett admitted he didn't want to pile on but alluded to the fact he's missing reads too. Jeffery was open deep twice last night but he didn't even look his way because they hate one another. Guy above is correct most of the vets don't like him at all, and liked him less after getting a raise 2 years before his 5th year option when it was foles who bailed the eagles season out again in 18' getting to second round and if was not for drop TD would have been in nfc championship game at least that year too but he gets released for no picks but Wentz gets a raise?

The whole body needs to work in unison thus why 90% of good QB's hold the ball with both hands right in middle of chest, then when ready to throw the ball goes straight to the back of the ear as the transfer of power is beginning from the weight transfer from back to front foot. So that opening of the chest by having arm go up and back helps with the union of upper and lower body motion. I was tiny height wise little under 5 7" so its easier for smaller people to be coordinated because the synapses of the brain to nerve is shorter distance so I was able to compete with bigger people because of being fast and able to generate power with that low center of gravity/speed. But watch almost every succesful QB does not have any wind up just launch almost more like a shot put than a baseball pitch if that makes sense. I did not play QB because I liked running around catching and breaking tackles too much to have to be the distributor of the ball. Plus back then HS was still such 70% run probably even slightly higher than that you dont even get the fun of making the great pass. Rivers has an awkward arm slot angle but still is accurate usually because he gets ball out quick and his motion is always the same exact awkward slot so he has totally adjusted to his way of doing things. Which is why Brett made the point trying to fix things mid season, even my dad who coached would say when you try and improve a kids motion they get worse before they get better which is totally true but look at Tiger Woods he has reformed his swing multiple times before the scandals and DUI and he would struggle for the next two smaller tourneys then be a monster again by the next Major. In 2017 the team had a strong running game. Wentz needs a good running game, a receiver who can create separation then he’ll play better. In 2018 leading rusher was a undrafted rookie.
So basically he doesnt have the raw talent like Mahomes to play hero ball, and he doesnt have the intelligence and discipline of Brady to make smart throws and manage games. So what exactly is he good for? He cant carry a team, and he cant be a game manager. Jalen Hurts it is Philly.

The blame isnt him, Its rookies who run wrong routes, its a line that cant block, 50 sacks, he never threw more than 7 ints, and never gets sacked, But not with this line.

are you sure because they still have a problem up front with the o-line and lost a game that was almost given to them because of that not saying that jalen hurts play isn't a big plus but I don't think that if he started the beginning of the season the record would be so different besides maybe 2 more wins. the team this year is beat up and needs more upfront talent which should come with this upcoming draft and free agency
