7:32 I don't want to be some kind of guy that tells you how to do something, but I can see that you're running on your heels, which is bad for your knees and joints, for longer distances like 600m+ you should run midfoot, and below that like 400 , 200 , 100, and 60 you should run on your forefoot (Not Toes!) Forefoot = the ball of your foot. Hope I could help.

I don’t work out but I’ve really noticed how I run up stairs forefoot and started to try and consciously run up on my heals because I think it’s more solid landing and I don’t want to fall down the stairs. Don't know if you own a pair, but you could benefit from squat shoes, looks like the Nike shoes you're wearing are causing some ankle cave in on your right ankle, which might bother you when you get yo heavier weights. Definitely worth the investment, I own Adidas power shoes, some pros even get flatter lower heel CrossFit shoes. Good luck man, and keep up the great work!

I would recommend you to train legs like a powerlifter or more accurate train squats (because powerlifters train their back and core for a better squat but u don't need to do it like them because your weighted pull ups and your current bodyweight core exercises are good enough).
I don’t do any calisthenics and have been training bodybuilding style for now 3 years going into my 4th next year and have made progress and I wanted to change training style because it’s kinda boring what I’m doing even though I’m making progress. I was going to do powerlifting but feel like I’m not ready or too afraid to be injured because of my Ego which is a problem so I want to be those guys who can do flags or pull ups with 1 arm with ease. You saying you are doing weights for legs, I have a mate who’s a lot bigger then me. :(... and says why not try a weighted vest and extremely slow down repetition. I brought gymnastics rings as well for when I get experience with calisthenics that I could do fancy rows while in mid air stuff :) Love the content as always, only watch you because your videos are great 👍

Austin I suggest donkey calf raises, 3-5 sets 10 slow reps paused for 5 secs at bottom and 10 fast. My calves were stubborn but this really helped
