He can definitely do a tonne. Some of the things I've seen him do on this channel don't make me doubt that for a second. I've been doing 150/200 a day now for about six weeks and I still can barely get to 30 without shaking like a shitting dog. I have to do them in sets of 25/20 every three or so minutes. So this guy saying when he started he was doing 40 makes me a bit envious.

Try different variations of push ups. You dont really have to do like 300 a day, try how much diamond push ups can you do in one go 2.5x that number and do that number of diamond push up in morning. Test how much normal push ups can you do 4x that number, and do them before/after lunch. and the same with wide push ups. i hope you understand what im saying lol
for me it would be :
Morning : 50 diamond push ups
At lunch : 100 normal push ups
afternoon : 100 wide push ups
First few days are gonna be pretty bad, but if you can endure the first week it will become part of your rutine and you can go on for months and get your reps higher and higher. Good luck!

With this workout I increased my pushups from 30 to 40 in like 6-7 weeks but since I was doing it during my cut I lost chest fat and built muscle on my chest which really toned it up and for those of you who didn't get that good results keep in mind this is supplementary and should be done while doing your normal work out routine and I think it's a great workout. It also helped me not stay in bed and sleep in and it improved my willpower so there are many benefits to this workout and some aren't even physical benefits but mental ones too .Thanks Austin for this awesome workout please make one for pull ups and even dips

I found another way to double your push-ups.
    1. Do 5 sets to failure a day
    2. Do weighted pushups. When you take the weight off and do bodyweight push-ups, it’ll feel incredibly light.
This helped me go from 25 to 50 easily.

Resting isn’t my thing. It’s bs. I’m never gonna take a break. Unless I’m really tired or sore, then I take a 1 day break.

Looking at your DD Bars, I was wondering why not make the bars a solid piece with a weld, rather than making the feet detachable with screws? Seems like that would cause a bit more instability, and perhaps even wear with time...become lose and shaky, and maybe even have breaking screws along the way??? For sure, they are a good unique multi-purposed design, and I'll probably purchase some.
