    👍🏾 good video. I’m personally doing inverted rows. I heard horizontal rows are great for fixing rolled shoulders as well. Apparently too many vertical rows can have the same effect as too many pushups - internally rotating the shoulders foward.

    Legs straight works more upper unless you decide lift your legs it's a full body workout

    Love the videos thank you. Tips for inner elbow tendon pain when doing a dead hang on a bar?

    • @Sub7Fitness
      @Sub7Fitness 5 лет назад

      Try to keep the bar in your palms. What is most likely leading to the pain that you are feeling is the bar slipping up to where your fingers are (above the level of your knuckles).
      This can lead to strain in one of the tendons that spans from your ring finger to your elbow. This strain often times leads to pain in the medial area of the elbow.

    Austin, what is your opinion on intermittent fasting for bulking?

    • @Sub7Fitness
      @Sub7Fitness 5 лет назад

      Hello New Wave,
      Intermittent fasting increases HGH secretion and improves insulin sensitivity.
      Naturally increased HGH helps with recovery and can make your workouts more effective. The increased insulin sensitivity will help with nutrient partitioning as more of the cals you take in will be funneled into the muscle and not into the fat.
      Typically from, more anecdotal evidence than research, I have seen that doing IF while bulking leads to a little bit slower rate of adding muscle to your frame, but also leads to less fat gain.
