👍🏾 good video. I’m personally doing inverted rows. I heard horizontal rows are great for fixing rolled shoulders as well. Apparently too many vertical rows can have the same effect as too many pushups - internally rotating the shoulders foward.
damn, i have that double bar thingy somewhere near my house and I've never thought of this neutral grip rowing movement. Thanks man, will surely give that one a try.
Its gonna take me a long because i am 6’3 but been watching you since i started and you made me pride myself on perfect form and activating scapular on each rep of pullup chinups etc. hope to meet you one day love the vids💯💯
Pull day is today and I have been trying to figure out some good BW only horizontal pulling movements other than normal bodyweight rows. You are the man Austin.
4:02 Knees bent works more full body Like for example you can actually crunch like that Legs straight works more upper unless you decide lift your legs it's a full body workout
IDK how I barely noticed Austin's back is massive. Still new to the channel, love this video because I've plateaued recently and needed a boost like this. Great stuff
love your videos bro. barely started incorporating calisthenics into my training & honestly i enjoy that more than just lifting routines and that type of shit. thanks brother 🤙🏼
Great stuff Austin Dunham. I love your content, with all the inspiration and techniques. I think the row is more effective with your legs extended. I usually find myself drawing power from my legs when my knees are bent.
Really nice Austin, I do this exercises also with the gymnastics rings and adding extra weight and are really good as you've said. Thanks for this video bro.
Try to keep the bar in your palms. What is most likely leading to the pain that you are feeling is the bar slipping up to where your fingers are (above the level of your knuckles). This can lead to strain in one of the tendons that spans from your ring finger to your elbow. This strain often times leads to pain in the medial area of the elbow.
hey austin, I am about 390 and I am looking to start working out again. If you could help me out that would be great.. I know i have never been able to do a pullup my whole life and that is one goal. but honestly... I would love some Ideas or ways to help me out. Thanks.

👍🏾 good video. I’m personally doing inverted rows. I heard horizontal rows are great for fixing rolled shoulders as well. Apparently too many vertical rows can have the same effect as too many pushups - internally rotating the shoulders foward.
Internal rotated shoulders give you the Mike Tyson body look like big chest and shoulders
I've been dying to get some different movements for my back workouts. Real happy I follow you brother.
How have I neglected front lever rows for the 3 years I’ve been doing this? Wow I feel like I cheated myself

Yooda boss, man!!
You are more muscular with every video man.
Loved this video as always. Austin btw any plan for coming to India ..u have huge fan following here
Your earlier hair style was cool.
Love the videos thank you. Tips for inner elbow tendon pain when doing a dead hang on a bar?
Try to keep the bar in your palms. What is most likely leading to the pain that you are feeling is the bar slipping up to where your fingers are (above the level of your knuckles).
This can lead to strain in one of the tendons that spans from your ring finger to your elbow. This strain often times leads to pain in the medial area of the elbow.
A thicker back! Just what I neeed.
Austin, do you do all theses exercises but weighted or not?
Really trying this in my workout 👍
The second exercise (one arm row) is also a good exercise for OAP?
Very good and helpful video Austin. ♥

Thank you bro❤
Yo bro AD, is it okay to skip the first three exercises? 'cause I don't have any access in low bars or dip bars, just pull up bars.
From the center of gravity
Dope!
Austin, what is your opinion on intermittent fasting for bulking?
Hello New Wave,
Intermittent fasting increases HGH secretion and improves insulin sensitivity.
Naturally increased HGH helps with recovery and can make your workouts more effective. The increased insulin sensitivity will help with nutrient partitioning as more of the cals you take in will be funneled into the muscle and not into the fat.
Typically from, more anecdotal evidence than research, I have seen that doing IF while bulking leads to a little bit slower rate of adding muscle to your frame, but also leads to less fat gain.
..Anything that doesn't involve equipment?
Best bodyweight exercises for legs coming soon?!
Austin, will this increase my pullup strength too?
I can do 14-15 nice clean pullups on my first set..... trying to get 20 reps before summer.
Do the grease the groove method to increase reps you will get to 20 reps in a few weeks
