Just subscribed, no idea why your channel isn't bigger. You're a strong and humble dude and as fans we're confident you're gonna stay that way. It's easy for someone to get full of it on youtube, but so far you've proved yourself to be better than that. Keep it up bro!
Got all your e-books and once I build up a good base and get my basics down I'm gonna start using your training programs, one of the few no bs fitness channels on RUclips right now
Hey Austin, you actually posted the video as I was thinking about why I was stuck with the advanced tuck. I will focus on every single one of them and thank you a lot man. It means the worlds to me as an intermediate level cali athlete who looks forward to these kind of videos. Keep the sauce (:
I can do L sits, levers & tuck planche. I’ve never known how to progress until I saw this video. This is the holy grail of tuck planche. Thanks Austin!
Bro, still when there's a lot of planche tutorials this one is very helpfull cause you got that profile of people who has the strength but doesn't practice planche cause we think we are not ready for it yet, so I really appreciate this video. Keep going with the great work!
Morning Austin. Just what I needed 🙏🏾 bro. Its great timing for this vid, I’m at this stage & encouraging me to stay focused. I’m aiming to at least do straddle planche. Appreciate this vid bro 🙏🏾 respect n.z peace 👍🏾😁🤙🏾
Just watched the linked planche beginners video. I have RA and wrist mobility is limited so I do pushups on knuckles normally. That wouldn't work for these but could that be done on stands? Great videos.
I'm tempted to cut some bodyweight so that a planche push-up is more realistic! I like the idea of different variations of an exercise; it seems to help keep the workouts fresh and exciting.
Love the F91W bro, i was contemplating to buy a fitness watch but havent really seen any benefit of those for Calisthenics. With the F91W all we need is the timer
Do you work on your flexibility? I think the pancake and pike stretch would benefit you a lot. Your planche will look better with locked straight pointed legs and feet. Also the skill transfer is awesome (stalder press to handstand so you dont have to use your push strentgh to go into handstand) A great position to start is a simple stalder sit (straddle L)
If i can do 6-8x5 pseudo planche pushups, but still cant do 90 degree hold, what am i lacking? Every youtuber says 1 min plank and atleast 25 pushups for 90 dehree hold, i can do towards 40 pushups and hold plank for 2 min+, not sure if im moving forward, having to much weight, or where my issue is. I know ive gone alot forward since i began, but not sure if ive hit a tough plateu or not.
if im in the position to do tuck planche pushups, does it make sense to do all 4 of these exercises on an every 2 day basis until exhaustion? Or is that too much or little? (not doing other chest exercises during that time)
Hope this helps!

Any experience with clients that have hyperextension in the elbows? Thanks in advance.
Do you recommend doing pseudo planche push ups with your hands shoulder width apart or slightly wider
slightly wider

I can do advanced tuck planche but not the 3rd exercise (pseduo pushups with feet elevated) how do I achieve it?
