Hey Austin I actually started training the Frontlever on Saturday. Your video gave me some really good extra informations about the FL-Training. Your a very cool guy and I just wanted to say THAN YOU AUSTIN. A short questinon at the end: Do you ship your sauce whey protein also to Switzerland?
Austin Dunham I’m personally looking forward to the collaboration with Chris! Chris said that if the video got over 10,000 likes he was down. You blew that out of the water!!! So Chris has switched gyms and I’m wanting to see you back in Miami! I’ve been following you for quite a few years. In fact you were the only video I could find on the internet years ago that was doing 20 REAL pull-ups. So do you have any news on when that’s going down with Chris?!?!? 💪🏾🔥💪🏾🔥
THANK YOU, didnt realize how much taking my shoes off helped so much, went from tuck to adv tuck, the socks took me from adv tuck to straddle, and the pants took me from the park to jail
Dude no bullshit couldn’t front lever before watching this. I’d get it for a second then drop. After.... I can do it for like 30 seconds! So pumped rn! The tip about pulling the bar apart made a huuuuuge difference. Thank you so much!!
Hey Austin, can you please make for every basic exercise (like planche,Handstand, muscle up, etc) a full tutorial. Ps: i know you did already some of them years ago but i'd like to see them now with your new knowledge and form
Pulling the bar apart, brings hour shoulders closer together and might possibly bring your arms down your back (towards your waist) a bit - again shortening that lever from your shoulders to the bar, same way the false grip shortens it. And the way taking your shoes off lowers shortens the distance between your shoulders and your center of mass - which is the lever arm that gravity has pulling you the other way.
So I just discovered his channel. First video I saw was a video from 2015, & I’m sitting here wondering “oh wow this was 3 years ago, wonder what he looks like now” - my jaw is still dropped 😍🤦🏻♀️😂
Hey Austin, would you recommend a workout routine to help my back pop out? I’m trying to build a thicker back so that it looks poppin when you look from the side. I have both pull-up bars, rings and interchangeable dumbbells, but I just need some ideas from a pro.
I can’t help add to your sub goal bro. Because I’m already subscribed! Side note does anyone else feel like working out after watching one of his videos?
Any tips on the bottom part of a one arm pull-up? I can't get out of the bottom of the rep but I can hold at the top and at 90 but I can't do shit at the bottom
Any ideas on the reason I can't engage one of my lats? I flex the right one really well, and feel it during all the pulling exercises, but I can't activate my left. It is a little smaller, but has still experienced muscle growth. I don't know if I lack mind muscle connection, or if it is an impingement or what. I know this isn;t a lot to go off of, but any help/advice from you or anyone would be much apprecciated.
If we talked about levers and torques - holding the bar closer to your wrists shortens the lever from your shoulder to the bar. Obviously shoes are in the worst possible spot - if you could hang a weight off your forehead or somehow have weight extend beyond your head - like some sort of person hanging on with their legs over your shoulders and behind your back and they leaned back, it would torque you the way you're trying to go. It's all about lever arms times perpendicular force, with lever arms measured from the bar say. It'd be cool to chat with someone in the physics department and draw some diagrams. I could make some.
Help from former hard gainers: i weight 120. Should I bulk to 140 without working out and then cut and workout, or what would you do in this situation?
Thesuspence 15 you should never bulk without working out, that’s just called getting fat. Besides, yours body may not allow you to without you getting horrible eating habits that will be terrible to get rid of. You you work at putting extra weight on your workouts whenever you can and eating way more calories than necessary, especially calories from protein, fat, and non sugary carbs. For gaining weight there are supplements you can get but nothing is better than natural. Obviously protein powder will be a staple after every workout and not as a meal replacement or even a snack. You should work at getting trail mix or something that you can just eat all day and eat 3 decently sized meals on top of that. This will take longer to gain the weight but you’ll be happier you did t this way in the end.
I got a question. So I started working out about 4 weeks ago at 5'10'' 136 pounds (I know I'm skinny af) but now after a good diet and noticable gains(abs, leg and arms)I am 5'11'' at 125 pounds. Why did I lose that much weight. I always thought that more muscles would bring more weight. I am 14 btw.
What do you want to see next?!
Let me know on my instagram!
