Cottage Cheese Bagels
1 cups self-rising flour
1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth then add to a mixing bowl. Add flour and stir until a dough forms. Sprinkle a little flour onto a work surface and gentle knead dough. Cut dough into 4 pieces. Form each piece into a flat circle then poke a hole in the center and form the shape of a bagel, make sure you leave the hole larger than you would think. Whisk egg with a bit of water and brush on top of each bagel. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl
half cup cottage cheese
3 to 4 Tbsp pizza sauce
half cup shredded mozzarella cheese
sprinkle of parmesan cheese
pepperoni
Instructions
In a small single serve baking dish place cottage cheese on the bottom. Spoon over pizza sauce and sprinkle over mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Top with pepperoni or your favorite pizza topping. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
