Thanks for the video! I just entered the ebike world, well, waiting for my Aipas M2 Off-Road MB and my wifes A2 Elite hopefully this week they'll arrive! Im very interested in doing this to my M2 and would love and appreciate if you have any info available or directions for that. This video i will have to show my wife before i go ahead and order everything to do hers butbi doubt she will go for it but then again since i said that she may! Lol! Again, much appreciation for you!
I got everything you recommended for my Aipas M2 and I must say I've never been so tickled! I added a 48v 20ah battery which I believe the stock battery is 13ah plus 20ah. Thanks a million! I'm soon to do my wife's Aipas A2

watching yours and others on youtube has made me really interested in upgrading my ebike. But i have seen some people saying that ebike with regen and dual battery set up is not gonna work. any idea why is that. will they work if i connect them in parralel?
Our opinion of the overall worth of regenerative braking has diminished. Even Engwe brand has started promoting a brand balancer over the original intent regenerative braking of their higher end e-bikes. We have, until recently, not promoted the use of a balancer with regen. However, at this point understanding the overall gain in capacity of dual battery vs the typical gains from a single ride with regen, go dual battery with a balancer. A balancer mimics a parallel connection
@@ElectricAllWheel so basically if i connect two battries say, 48v 16amps and 48v 19.2amps in parralel, i will be good. one more think th at concerns me is that sometimes you forget to charge one of the batteries say one is at 60% the other one is at 85%, with the balancer this isnt an issue right? and thankyou for answering the previous question. hoping to see more good content from you.🤩🤩
@@Tyluh608 There is a small photo in their promos on the Aipas website that references their partnership with Lectric. I have an A2 and ordered an M2. The A2 came in a week, but the M2 has taken almost a month with difficulties with Aipas customer service. You don't get the upgraded fork or hydraulic brakes that come with the XPeak on the M2 with the Aipas, and of course, Lectric's customer service is local in Arizona. They both have shipping delays right now on the bigger bikes. Aipas is the better deal for the A2 but no hydraulic brakes. Aipas is Lectric's Chinese manufacturing group. I believe the batteries are also both the same so you can get them either place. Those are also on serious backorder right now.
Can you do a video on how to add a second battery to the aipas a4 gentry

The M2 will be strikingly similar to the the Lectric XPeak

This is very cool.... Can't imagine the distance if you pedal. Thank you
Are you installing a 2nd battery in parallel? What is the advantage over carrying a spare battery, then replacing the used battery when it runs down?
Does this work for the M2?
Will this work for the Aipas F3 e-bike also?
It is anticipated that it will work. Email pics and questions to electricallwheel@gmail.com and we will help get you going
Great video. How would you compare the Aipas performance to the Mars 2.
Mars 2.0 torque is much better.
I do not like the app of the Heybike.
I would choose the Heybike if forced to pick.
Have you done a aipas M2?
Will have a video out for it in a few weeks
Products that you used to do this? I don’t see that info

Question: In your video you did not show which battery was used inside the waterproof bag. Which one did you use for this video presentation?
The various 48V recommended batteries can be found in the description below the video on RUclips

@@hakisha1305 with the balancer the charge rate doesn’t matter. Without a balancer, the battery charge rates (V) need to match when connected
Do you know if the 48 volt 20 amp hour battery will fit into the frame like the 10 ah battery will ?
It’s a little too oblong to fit. You can get the extensions and just place it on the rack
@@ElectricAllWheel thank you for the reply.
Can i use both batteries at the same time while riding?
Yes. That is the specific purpose for the kit
@@ElectricAllWheel Awesome, thank you kind sir
They don’t just look like an Lectric’s bike, AiPAS MAKE all the bikes for Lectric, do your research. P.s.: They are also $300.00 less expensive.
I keep seeing this being said but where is that information? I’ve looked all over
Send me your email and I’ll send you a screenshot of it.
