Getting 1000 Needles is the only good reward for me since I'm already using the Kagenui that has 81 attack power. Thanks for the vid! 👍
Had a little trouble fighting a lot of enemies in some spots, but this did help, been wanting a better ninja sword, also been wondering if I would really ever find another after seeing so many in the license board

I've never gone any further then the doors that you open up and go south on the map, I have not gotten the pop up about the water falls.

do you need the diamond armlet equipped to get it?
So I know this vid is 3 years old and my comment may not be seen. If your lucky theres a headless monster called Striker here that drops the Kagenui which is the same sword you get from the puzzle but better stats if you dont mind the farm I killed about 5 Strikers for 1 to drop so doesn't seem to bad.

Actually, before you even reach this point in the game, I believe you can get yagyu darkblade from the lhusu mines shaft leading to the area with Gilgamesh.
And a free Masamune if you are there before arcades lmao
@@sweetxcalibur5319 Yeah, the only hard things in this game are Yzamat, zodiark, and the judge battle. And even then two of them can be cheesed.

That's where you fight the Hell Wyrm, you need the Ageworn Key and another puzzle to get in.

Omega SYNN Someone has discovered a 100% method to get it. I can't get it to work consistently though. There is a thread about it on the FFXII subreddit.

I needed 1000 needles. Thanks. As for the weapon. I already had orochi while at that point of the game. Lhusu mines can be farther explored. You can get a dragon whisker.
Or you can run pass all the enemies to get Bone of Byblos and Masamune. If willing to have a bad day dying over and over again.
Why the last chest reward is a megalixir?, it used to be a koga or iga blade
Having the ninja blades outside is a good reward. But the chest having a mega elixir is a bit odd.

So I followed this guide and got no notifications. I left the area through the bottom exit back to the uplands and tried again. Still no notifications and the waterfalls didn't move. Am I missing a step?

Good guide but not worth the trouble, you can get Ashura, Kagenui, Iga, and even Koga Blade long before you get here.

I went through the far-left path at minute one just like you and got no notification. In future guides you should start at the very beginning of a zone so players can see where you went. Cuz I have no idea how to solve this

Ignore that rude comment, I think the Reason is he came from the north, and we came from the south, techita uplands, so basically you do a clockwise lap to get the notice that the waterfalls have changed. He should have mentioned this 🤔
Came to solve puzzle then I released it is pointless. If you do your hunts you will obtain both blades in lhusu mines. Well before you even go to Mt bur omisace. The hunt is called anti infestation they're guarantee in chest in the mines. You can obtain them way earlier then this point and both guaranteed.
