Hi, I just got the MDA 220 and connected to my Panasonic KX-T7636 desk phone. The handset works, but I am having a hard time making it work with my Voyager 5200. I read the instructions and it says to press the desk phone talk buttom on the MDA 220. The light never turns green. Any help is appreciated!
It would be helpful if you showed the actual bluetooth pairing process.
The MDA220 connected to a Voyager Focus, and it keeps toggling back to the PC vs phone option about every minute during a call. Tips?

Great sound and easy setup. There is one feature I can't figure out how to use though. I have the MDA220 with a Voyager BT headset. I am connecting to a Cisco 7960 phone. I have the RJ connector plugged into the headset jack on the 7960. I must have the headset button on the phone selected and the MDA200 in the phone mode. I would like to be able to have the phone in headset mode all the time and the MDA 200 in phone mode and be able to answer the phone via the headset. I am not always near the phone when it rings. I can't figure out how to answer the phone without having to press two buttons. (Speakerphone button on the phone and the Phone button on the MDA220). I tried all the settings A through G on the MDA220. Any help would be appreciated.

I just bought a MDA200, but I can't seem to get it to work with my Logitech USB headset. It doesn't just work with any head set? What if I plug in a BlueTooth dongle? Will it then work with any BlueTooth head set, or still not? I'm pretty desperate to get this to work... :-(
Make a video demonstrating the MDA 220 with the Voyager 8200 UC. Listening music on computer and answering a call from desk phone, for example.
Do you know if other non USB bluetooth base stations work with the Voyager 8200 UC? I have a plantronics WO2A plugged into my desk phone, I want to buy the 8200 UC and need to understand if I can use this or need a bespoke basestation such as the MDA 220

How does the usb Bluetooth donngle get power ?
Hi @vijayvisavadia7341! The dongle is "powered" via your connection to the desk phone and computer. If connected to a desk phone that requires an HL10 handset lifter, you will require the MDA220 power supply according to MDA220 User Guide. www.poly.com/content/dam/plantronics/documents-and-guides/user-guides/mda220-usb-ug-en.pdf

@saiautomotivemilton.7128 you can use the MDA220 connected to a desk phone only. However, if the phone requires a handset lifter, even if you don’t use one, you will need an additional power supply. We can check whether or not your phone needs a handset lifter in the online compatibility guide. What desk phone brand and model do you have?

@@CallOneInc Its not about perspective! If you have demonstration video and done a good job, you would get lots of thanks and good video demonstration praises in the coment section ! However my 😉perspective😉 is that this video raised more questions than it answers, specifically concerns to the title. People will buy this not knowing how it works in the ilusión that improves their work flow and then find themselves more frustrated and come back to comments section of this video asking questions, not giving thanks or praises. 🤐 What do you think about this perspective?
