Is there a for me to convert my headset that has a USB chord to work on my mobile phone

Hi Marga Lim! Thank you for watching and supporting our channel. The short answer is, "It depends." Some mobile devices with USB-C ports support both listen and transmit if you connect a USB-C headset to it. Our partner EPOS recently tested connecting a USB-C headset to the new iPhone 15 and they were able to receive and transmit audio, even in a Zoom video call from the iPhone 15. I can't test every single phone so I can't confirm which models support this. I hope this somewhat provides some insight.

Hi Karla! Thanks for watching. Did you mean Logitech H390 USB Headset? We have no information on a Logitech H290. If you are referring to the Logitech H390, the answer is now. Currently there is no option, I am aware of, that supports connecting it to a desk phone. What desk phone brand/model do you have?

ok here is my issue. I need an to hook my usb headset up to my desk phone to work from home and I am going cross eyed trying to find what I need. OR I can use a splitter to use my iphone but it has to have a charger port and a usb for my head set. PLEASE HELP!!

I have a few I love. 1 being because of your channel. The Jabra Evolve2 and my other go to in my zone by Logitech. My desk phone only has the receiver jack and the 3.5 jack.

@@CallOneInc Can you recommend a headset with the 3.5 jack? I def need a mute button or the feature to just raise my mic. I have been looking at another jabra set or the Poly's but, I have never owned a pair of the Polys and wanted a professional opinion. I am working with insurance claims and want to make sure I hear every detail
