I have a cs540 and an apu 72 cable. We utilize mitel/micollab. Out of the blue today when I press the call control button on my headset it turns the headset off instead of actually answering the calls or hanging up. How can I correct this?

I have an Avaya model9611G and we take all calls through a recorded Live Ops computer program. Os ot possibel to use remote answer with this set up? If so, what would you recommend?

I have the CS540 hooked up to my cisco desk phone with the lifter and it still doesn't answer automatically from the headset
Hi Jeremy, can you follow the setup guide at the link below? In the back of your phone is a "headphone" and "handset" port. When using the Lifter, the headset needs to be setup into the handset port and not the headphone port.

I work at a small law firm and i am currently trying to find a headseat that would help us answer calls while we are away from our desk. They problem is we use the VoiceEdge application from comcast so the lifter and cable won't work. is there another way?

The weird thing is that my apv 62 has the little cable that goes over the speaker phone

there is no actual phone set up, my company has moved on to a web based calling system, i work by logging into a webset. i have to click answer with the mouse and its frustrating because i have a wireless headset
