I have plantronic voyager 5200 its was working nicely, but suddenly the mice went out..the others side keep sayin i cant hear u.. u r so far!! Is it hardware issue?

Mine doesn't turn on. It has blue LED flashing while charging, and purple LED flashing when I attempt to turn on. No sounds, no connection. Do you have any ideas?
Same issue here. Oddly enough, the PC sees it and let me install firmware when connected by USB. I was able to charge it fully, however the On/Off switch is inoperable and I do not hear any sound. I wonder if it is just a faulty switch now?

А вот так разбрасываться оскорбительными обвинениями не стоит не зная квалификацию человека, который видит эту гарнитуру 2й раз в жизни. Можете лучше, пожалуйста, снимите видео, и посмотрим кто из нас окажется большим рукожопом.
@@abrazifff There is nothing to worry about such opinions :) It seems to me that it would be necessary to program the chip, does the computer detect the handset? I have the same with strange problems. I'll just try to do rebaling. We'll see if it helps. Where did you buy the IC?

@@user-hj7mg2ey1m лежит пока, там вроде какая-то мембрана забилась пылью, это лечится разборкой и выбрасыванием оной. Пока не до неё.

С акумом все хорош, проблема в том что к ней нельзя подключится, либо она вообще не отображается в списке блютус устройств.

До микрофонов как добраться? Как этот "пиптик" с микрофонами разбирается. Стало меня плохо "то слышно, то не слышно"

Exhausted battery... Happens after 3+ years of intensive use.

I found mine in the washer cannot be fixed ? Will it dry out and work again
I think you need it disassemble at first, then inspect the board. I think you will need to re-solder some components, maybe charge or change battery.
It just started showing a red light as if the battery is dead . I have it wrapped up in a heating pad on high . I pray it goes back to normal

The device has 4 mics, unless there's "reset" you can try, the one for talk or a control circuit is probably dead...
