Thank You. It worked with a velcro wrap. Using a rubber band worked too, but the velcro wrap was easier to apply. After it charges I'm going to clean the connection with 70% alcohol.
Check charging port for a metal/magnetic debris. In my case I had to use needle to get out little piece of metal chunk which was stuck in that little hole that set charging socket in place. Problem solved.
Make sure to alcohol wipe the rubber part of the body. This unit has capacitive sensors and if sensing is not reliable due to skin oil and dirt buildup, it could cause the firmware to go crazy...

We didn't ask for a tutorial about the headset. We came here to find another way to solve the problem of the headset refusing to charge.
