- With so many different AR models on the market, every companies rifle line can be somewhat confusing. In this video Joe breaks down our core line of rifles, and what differentiates them.

I have had the DDM4V9 for 5 years and its a lovely rifle! Not 1 misfire in around 2500 rounds
I have the older V7 Mil Spec+ model with full picatinny rail system I picked up back in 2014. Still going strong! Love DD rifles.
Got my first DD earlier this year. Do not regret the purchase at all. My friend and I shot/compared my V7 to his M4 carbine, one of the OG models and it's quite the improvement over the years. Phenomenal quality rifles.
DD rifles are full of quality. I love mine. Having a capable rifle in times like this puts your mind to rest.

I got it for my 15th birthday earlier this year! I got into 3 Gun a year ago and I’d been using an off the shelf DPMS. I don’t blame my dad he wasn’t sure if I’d stick with it- so no need to go out and spend a bundle on a nice quality rifle; right?
Anyhow I love my V7- it’s not overly heavy- it’s smooth firing, easy for me to transition, I can spend 4 hours on my range practicing and my shoulder won’t be sore like it was with the DPMS.
The first place price in my last shoot was a Falkor Defense .300 Petra/ but I got second place! Settled for a brand new Glock 19X and a free Cerakote finish of my choice- I chose dark pink and white pearl swirl.

I want an AR. Didn't know which one but I knew it would be a Daniel Defense. This video was exactly what I needed because I didn't know the difference between any of their rifles.

Well, last Tuesday, Classic Firearms had a Daniel Defense fire sale. Select DD rifles, including DDM4V7, DDM4V9, and DDM4 RIS, all had their price dropped to $1,700! Hell of deal so I snatched up a V9 since I like the Pic rails over M-Lok. Should be here in the next few days.

took my DDM4V5 to the range last weekend. very reliable and very accurate. was thinking of buying another brand or building one but I might just get another DD. aside from being great shooters they're the best looking rifles in my opinion.

Just a note, all of these rifles are now equipped with DD’s own “grip and rip” charging handle now.
About to make my first dd purchase. Can't wait. I have a variety of mid tier rifles both custom builds and bought ready to go. I shot a dd once a couple years ago and it ruined me forever. I picked a bad time to decide to buy ($2600) but as the saying goes... YOLO

Love my MK12 upper. Bought it and popped it on an Anderson lower. Went to buy the matching a lower and was very upset to find out they don’t sell the lower separately like they do the upper. Oh well the Anderson lower works very well and probably a fraction of the price too.

Just picked up my V7 yesterday, it's my very first AR and it's absolutely beautiful! Going to the store tomorrow to pick up some sights and an optic, then it's off to the range to have some fun with it.

Man there’s nothing bad I could say about my ddm4v11…. Only put 1000 rounds through it but it’s one of my favorite guns to shoot… after watching this video… I must say that the dd5v1 has been added to my Christmas list!

I bought my first ar15 in 2010....it was a rock river lar15 elite comp....after about two month i decided that i despised....it was super heavy and most of that weight was toward the front.....it had the forged heavy barrel and a kid you not a steel front hand rail. Not only was it an uncomfortable gun....it's accuracy was garbage. So I gave it to my brother....bought myself and m1a scout squad (that was even heavier than the rock river) but it accuratem...comfortable and powerful....well for the last 14 years I've not had a highopini9n of the ar15 platform....but i finally decided to give the ar15 another chance....this time I bought a danial defense m4a1 milspec+......I hope it changes my mind about the ar15.....and that is everything the rock river wasnt.....like not too heavy....accurate...and no light gap between the upper and lower and no buttstock slop.
I have a black ddm4v7 on lay away but that mil spec brown looks awesome 🥴

I have an ISR. Awesome gun. Wish there was a milspec+ handguard with Mlok so I could use my accessories.
We got a V7 to test... Was more accurate than my BCM’s! I think the V7 is a fantastic training carbine, probably the best made right now. It’s so easy to hit with its like cheating.

I LOVE my V11 and my gf is in the market for a new DD rifle but really wants to see the deep wood green color in person before “pulling the trigger” but we haven’t been able to find a dealer with one in our area. We are in North Idaho, any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Can I no longer get a DD5V1 or DD5V2 in Mil Spec + or DD5V1/DD5V2 with Mlok? I see Black is now only color available for those rifles. How disappointing

M4a1 or the m4 v7. I can’t decide
Can't make up my mind. :/ I'm a GWOT Vet and want the M4A1, V1, or the V9 for the fact that I'm nostalgic for picatinny like on my service rifle. That said, I don't know if I want the carbine or mid-length gas system. I also worry about not hopping on the MLOK train and regretting it. Choices...
You guys should sell every rifle with your fixed sights, I bet more people would buy these rifles if you guys would eat that cost.
There was a time probably before you were born where every pickup truck came without a bumper. You had to order one or buy a different one.
I don't think for a minute it would matter at all if they came with sites.

I have the DDM4V11. Nice rifle. Need to shoot it more. Bummer now that ammo is more expensive.
I like my mk18 ris 2 that I have on a LMT mars lower. In addition, I really like DD barrels. But I think DD needs to adapt with the times. Most of DD’s competitors, in the same price range, are true ambi and come with an upgraded trigger. I prefer my KAC, LMT, BCM, BGD, ADM, LWRC, HK, SWORD, LaRue, Noveske, and Radian over my DD.

Sweet. Have an M4A1 & just today picked out (not PICKED UP yet) a DDM4 V7 P, 300 BLK for a GREAT $. Wife & I are fixin’ to roll that way. I’m actually of the mindset to SWAP OUT the MLOK V7 rail FOR the RIS II, like the M4A1.. love that rail. But $440 on their website..decisions, decisions. SHOUD BE an even (easy) swap...
Why is it so hard to find video of ddm4v7 pro gunmetal gray. It stays out of stock but no one is making videos of it.
Just got a DD5v4 7.62 NATO .308 Win - simply one of the best rifles I have owned - debating on what optic to put on it Trijicon ACOG or Aimpoint Red Dot - open to suggestions?
LPVO 1-8 would be best in my opinion.
Remember when BMW named cars according to 1. Frame size. 2. Engine size. 3 body type? That way everyone in the world could look at the badge and know exactly what was going on. I used to follow BMW a lot closer than I do now because NOW the nomenclature is so confusing it’s like a secret code. Sound familiar. ?
Just got my new dd4 ris 3. It came completely dry. Strange. Also came inside the bolt and firing pin, a big wad of grease in it. It could hardly lock up. I don’t know if this is normal from the factory or not. I bought my gun brand new in a penny auction on gunbroker. It ended late at night and no one was watching. I got it for $1700.00 from a ffl in North Carolina.

daniel goings I comment the same thing every chance I get. I don’t like KeyMod at all and it’s the only factor keeping me from buying one.
My DDM4 came with a gen 1 b5 sopmod stock mk12 gas block upgrade without any laser markings a true block ii clone thanks DD :)
I bought the early DDM4V7 years ago...had the tubular fore end not the MLOK. That thing could not shoot a 4" group at 100 yards...even with expensive 77 grain ammo.
Why were the V3 and V5 discontinued?
