I am so grateful I discovered you and your classes . I am hooked . I have been practicing Iyengar yoga for 30 years and stopped going to class during Covid .. I discovered a “ body sculpting “class at my club and realized I missed yoga .. and needed to practice yoga but didn’t want to commit to a class . You do a great job ! Thank you . I am working on getting my husband to do the evening class .. fingers crossed .. he’s a big cyclist and I think would benefit .. Taking a road trip for 12 days to go to Utah for nephews wedding .. have my iPad and phone and yoga mat .. practiced this morning . Makes all the difference Happy day !

My city has just gone back into Covid lockdown. This morning I really didn't feel like getting up, I had work in a couple of hours, I wanted to either sleep or play on my phone to kill time. I've been doing 10 minute yoga exercises each morning for a couple of weeks now, so I begrudgingly looked for one to do as I crawled out of bed, not keen at all but just doing it out of habit. 10 minutes later and I'm feeling good! Looking forward to my day, my moodiness is gone, my body feels ready and energised :) Thanks so much Kassandra, this video literally made my day, as well as many others! I really love this sequence and think it is perfect for a morning routine because it moves and stretches your body but also leaves small pauses to breathe between the poses and they don't switch very quickly, so you can also keep track of breathing. This one really makes me calm, relaxed but focused and warms up the body. One of my very favourites!
I did yoga with you every morning, then I stupidly switched to a national yoga class, after a week I have come back! Your yoga classes make me feel ready for the day with so much energy and not to mention it helped me lose 4KG in 2 weeks!

I've just started taking better care of my body and doing yoga in the morning. Your 10 minutes excersises are my absolute favorite part of the day. I love that you have so many different ones. I'll usually watch two of them to get a good range of stretch. By the way your prompts to breathe deep and relax are always perfectly timed and I really love how you always reiterate not to worry about how far you can stretch but to just feel your body and let it tell you what your limit is. As a complete yoga newby I can't come close to all the bendy flexes that you have but you make me feel better about that. Thank you so much for your videos. I have also loved the chair yoga and was surprised at how effective it was. You’re a great teacher and explain everything so well and make your sessions accessible for all levels.
