It’s the first time I comment on one of your videos, but I watched them all the other day when I found your channel and I find you so inspiring ! I’m not a minimalist (yet) but I’d really like to live with less and your video are a proof that you don’t need a lot when you choose your possessions carefully. Thank you for the inspiration 🙏🏻
Thank you 😃 Ouch, ulcers are really painful. Bonjela was a must for us when going through teething stages etc. Luckily we've not needed it for a long time but it's easy enough to pop out and get if we ever do. If I would have kept it, it would have likely been out of date when needed to use it anyway 🤣🤦🏻♀️
@@minimalismandmore my son 15 but still often gets ulcers. Possibly it’s to do with his braces 😬. It’s a goos sign you keep medicine minimal means less health issues 👍
@@minimalismandmore good luck with the waiting. My son was on the list since 2018 managed to get it on in 2023 🥴. Luckily my younger one doesn’t need it 🤭
@beij7639 I've heard it's a long wait 😬 My dentist was lovely and said she's not supposed to refer her yet as they need to be a certain age before she's supposed to but as the list is so long she'll do it early for us. Sooner they are on, sooner they are off I've told her 😁
That's fair enough if she prefers them. My Daughter wasn't fussed either way so I was happy to get rid as they always leaked in the drawer and got everything sticky!
I told Nicole as well that I've switched to handkerchiefs as it's more environmentally friendly and doesn't have the tissue dander that bothers my nose. I cut them smaller for my daily carry bags as they are small. Thanks.
If I didn't have allergies I would totally do that, but I'd have a bag full of them 🤣 I do have a couple of hankies for the winter to put peppermint oil on though 🙂
@@minimalismandmore I actually just continue to rinse and hang mine...i find the cool/damp fabric sooths. I just cannot stand the dander from tissues. I never thought about the oil...good suggestion!!
Thank you for the video.🧡 I also have a very small first aid kit (headache pills, just in case, band aids and anti-allergy pills). When I switched to veganism, the need for medicine disappeared, although previously the first aid kit was of impressive size. How do you get rid of jewelry? Selling or donating? Do you miss them later?
I have recently switched to not eating meat (112 days now 😊) I say 'not eating meat' instead of 'vegetarianism' as it's a learning curve with things like gelatine. I sold most of my jewellery on ebay and don't miss it one bit as strangely at one point my life centred around it (I was a collector) at some point in the future I will do a video on it so keep an eye out for that one 🙂
Excellent video as always. One issue that stood out was your and your daughter's allergies. Have you considered an air purifier? It would be an additional item, but I believe it would offer lasting value. They need not be overly costly, and are inexpensive to operate. HEPA filters are better (and more costly) but not essential. IKEA and Levoit are two companies that offer affordable and well-made air purifiers. Should reduce the need for tablets and tissues. ;)
Thank you for your kind comments and suggestions. I have 3 dyson fans which have inbuilt air purifiers in them and a dehumidifier was delivered this morning which has a built in hepa filter 🤣 I couldn't live without my air purifiers 🩷 We are okay in the home but as soon as we step outside the problems start!

Thank you 🩷 Lots more to come I hope 🤞🏻
Yay new video🤍🤍
I really enjoy your video and sense of humor. I have everything that you have plus bonjela which my son often uses for healing his ulcer.

Great video 🙂 My daughter still likes calpol and liquid piriteze at the moment. I also keep aspirin incase for the same reason.
