We all have different tastes..i think it is too minimal.. a couple of large indoor plants would 'warm the living room up'. They would complement the colour of the lovely rug 😊❤

I don't get the connection between bedside tables and lamps though, to me they have nothing to do with each other. I need a small lamp by the bed for reading, since I don't want to do that with the ceiling light on at night, too bright and not relaxing. I also don't like to use my phone in the dark with no other source of light because of the contrast it causes. Do you never read in bed, or do something else that requires a small/less bright lamp?

Id love to know more about your meals and style of cooking. New ideas are good for new ways of doing and living.

I sleep on a mattress topper and wouldnt fo back to a big heavy mattress. For warmth i read about placing a thermal backed curtain underneath your mattress/topper. It made all the difference. Cosy in winter. I leave it there all year round. Im thoroughly enjoying your videos.

How are you? It's been a while since there was a video. I miss you.

I can definitely declutter when I'm emotional. You inspired me to go thoughtfully around my (already pretty minimalist) house and look for things I no longer need. One thing that has worked for me over the years is having an "I think we can do without this" cupboard or drawer. That gives me time to cool down and see if we really can live without an item. If a sufficient amount of time has passed and we've never needed or missed the item, it goes to charity or the bin.

Where do you live? I live in Victoria canada. It can rainy a lot here. What do you do for mould? How do you can for this type of bed?

I had the same problem trying to rent a new property when my landlord gave me an eviction notice. Single mum to 3 . I’d never been late with my rent and had a guarantor . We have been in temporary accommodation for the last nearly 11 months. I’ve been decluttering so much ready to move. Especially as most of it had just sat in storage for ten months .

I have same kaftans for holidays❤

I love minimalism in terms of no clutter. But I think walls can have color and/or art.

Hello 👋🏻 I loved Raggydolls, shoe people, gummy bears I'm 39. Also a fellow Welshy (Newport) and I'm a single mum. I absolutely love minimalism it's my calm as I'm a very anxious person. I find I slip though and before I no it there is too much stuff and I feel overwhelmed again. Would love to see a video on what you do to keep up. How you keep on top when life inevitably gets in the way.

Just found your channel. I can 100% tell you you've done the right thing. My Mum used alcohol to cope with the loss of her parents very close together. It did turn into a problem. I have awful memories as a teen of my mum's struggle with withdrawal. I'd like to say it ended well but it didn't. At 20 I came home to find her dead because of alcohol. You have done the absolute best thing for yourself and your daughter I promise you! You should be super proud!

Thanks for sharing! Absolutely beautiful and truly a happy place. Personally, I couldn't handle a bed so close to the floor, but if I was more flexible and my shadow was smaller 😉, I'm sure I would be able to.
