I just finished this one and wow... i feel great!!! (A bit tired but so satisfied 😃)
By the way, i've recently started your "flat stomach & get abs" program which i've combined with your "4 weeks slim toned lower body challenge"... One day i do the first program and the next day the second one (+ some rest days in between). I'm just at the beginning (today was my day 5), my physical changes may not be so visible right now but my mental change is noticeable. I feel a lot healthier and safer in my body... that's why i rushed to thank you, even though the programs aren't finished yet.
You and your contents are becoming a source of motivation to me. For some weeks, i'd lost hope on getting my dream body but your channel helped me to find that hope again and believe that i can get what i want.

Yes I was doing so well then right at the end with the jumping jacks I got the most agonising stitch it went and I carried on but then it came again so I had to sit down for a few seconds and do some stretches before I embraced the pain once more

Not sure if you’ll see this butttt I am a dancer so I am exercising everyday from that, but that also makes me gain lots of muscle, especially in my legs making them a bit chunky from all the muscle I’ve gained... any tips or workout videos I should do to prevent this from happening? Hi my Fitie♥ I sincerely thank you and your mom for working out with me:)
To prevent the muscles of the legs from gaining, I recommend you do below as follow.
First, avoid high-intensity jumps, instead, do Low-impact Cardio workouts at home or outside.
Also, do pelvic, lower body and leg stretches at least 3 times a week. (You can find my leg stretches on my channel:)
Plus, take a half-bath once a day to relax tense muscles.
And, try not to eat salty food , and drink plenty of water.
The above methods are what I usually do:)
I recommend you try the above tips with my weekly exercise program together:)

Burning Calories depends on your weight, height, metabolism lever, etc...But usually it can burn around 100 ~ 300 in 10 mins workouts;) Thank you for doing your weight loss journey with me♥

Exercise can be done in the morning or in the evening, and dance can also be done by making a good daily schedule:)

Can you give me a diet for 14 years old please because I feel like I’m kinda fat💔
First of all are perfect the way you are! Since you are still young you shouldn’t go on harsh diets so I recommend eating low carb like a salad with some protein! That is very tasty and healthy! You should try to eat less sugar and don’t forget to have a cheat day once a week :)) if you have the feeling you are going to binge eat, it’s okay it happens to all of us! I would recommend gum since it’s sweet and at the same time low carb 👌 You shouldn’t force urself to not eat, but maybe have a time when you have ur last meal for ex: 20.00 or 21.00! don’t forget to drink water and get 10k steps a day :) You should do workouts for faster results too if you want! Don’t forget to NEVER starve urself u may loose weight fast but you’ll gain it back even faster so don’t :) Good luck I believe in you 💪🏻
