    I just started the beginner full body shred challenge and just wanted to remind everyone to stay hydrated. I’m always dehydrated and after the three workouts on day one of the challenge, I was slightly dizzy so remember to drink water and eat. It’s partially because I had already done a workout before these (3 minute planks, crunches, and hip thrusts along with 100 jumping jacks), but there’s still a possibility that you will be dizzy or feel nauseous so be mindful of your fluid intake.

      Hi! I hope this helps a bit. Feeling like you don't like your body is a very painful and condescending experience and I understand how you feel because I used to feel that way too, but one thing that helped was not seeing my body as something that needs to be punished but as to be taken care of for all the ways it has served me from childhood til now, and seeing any workout or skin care as a form of self care instead of this thing inspired by shame. If your embarassment maybe comes from that, try to focus on the things you can be thankful for not only about your body but yourself, and see any healthy habit you put in practice as a form of self-love, not punishment or something shameful :). Remember not to compare yourself to others, or try to gain value from what people might think of your looks. You can get through this!

      If you're embarrassed doing it, you can do it with your doors locked. Dont look at yourself, just keep doing it. Keep track your weight and measure it everyday. Even if your weight decreases by GM, you will feel a lot motivated! I do exercise too. Just remember you're not the only one doing. You're so strong that you force yourself to move while majority of the people don't want to stay healthy. HAPPY EXERCISING!

    Saturday Day 1: started, didn’t burn that much. Weight: 50kg
    Sunday Day 2: Felt more burn than yesterday. Weight: 51kg (I probably gained weight Bc I ate some cookies yesterday)

    • @flwinterr
      @flwinterr Год назад +13

      it's not because you eat cookies that you're going to take a lot of weight you certainly have to change your diet but don't deprive yourself you could have problems. Drink lots of water play sports regularly don't always eat anything what do you want to reserve twice as much as you want if after you walk 30 minutes or 1 hour to digest. Weight gain is the most normal thing and if you don't have it, it's because you have problems and don't deprive yourself of food courage ❤️

  • @chrassr
    @chrassr 5 месяцев назад +12

    My journey:
    Beginning: Monday, January 15th 2024!
    Weight: 59.1kg (I weight myself every mornings as soon as I wake up)
    Reason: I gained two kg in the last 5 days because I was at 57.4kg last week. I’ve been binge eating and I am always starving even after eating and I gave in every time I was hungry with unhealthy processed and junk food. When I weighed myself today I was SHOCKED! So decided to go on a weight loss journey with first goal of 54kg. I am someone for who it’s easy to gain and lose weight so I think probably with 3 months of full consistency I can get to my goal.
    Day 1✅: I’ve done two of her previous workout before that one and I am honestly about to die💀 the two other ones, one was 5 minutes the other 10 and I already can’t! Now for this one I am only at 2:57 and I paused because I want to give up😭 but I have a goal to achieve so I’m going back to it…8 minute later, I DID IT!!! I also cheated a lot, I turned 15s break into 3-5minutes breaks💀 and I would also take random breaks when I felt like my body was unable to do more. This was a sign that I shouldn’t have dropped out my PE classes💀. Also I genuinely feel like I can’t do anything for the rest of day…Also I weighed myself because I am that delusional I am now 59.2kg and I ate strawberries too.
    Day 2 ✅: I did it! Todays workout was somehow less intense than yesterday. I’ve obviously done two other videos but mostly worked my upper body today. Yesterday was a full body and really get my body into it maybe that’s why it was harder, but anyways I did it. I weight myself this morning and I am 58.9kg. Also I am someone who eats at irregular times every day and I am trying to work on that so the workouts will be more effective. I am also slowly trying to balance my diet as well! Another thing is that after my workouts I go on 20-30 minutes walks, and I also did it yesterday.
    Day 3✅ : Today, was slightly less intense then yesterday. I worked my arms a lot and my calves and triceps are dying. The muscles pain I felt from my pyruvate getting released is insane but I am proud of myself for achieving today's goal once more! I will eat a little then will go on a 10 minutes walk only because my calves are genuinely killing me. But to anyone who feels like giving up, don't give up! I believe in you and I know you can do it!
    It’s been 2 weeks since I last updated this comments guys I am sorry! But I’ve been following her “2024 beginner weight loss journey” on her website for the past 2 weeks and I’ve surprisingly been consistent with it. My way to be consistent is by doing it first thing in the morning. So I wake up, eat a light breakfast for energy, and I do the workout since I happen to be more motivated as soon as I wake up. I’ve definitely seen some light improvement on my stomach, it’s not flat yet but there is a small difference. I am also building a slow yet sure resistance to certain exercises. And some exercises that I felt like were killing me a week ago, I now managed to stay longer and have a better technique to do them. For example I couldn’t do high planks but since I’ve been doing it in so many of her workouts I am able to do it better! Same goes for planks I can stay 15s now! Yet before I was already on the floor even before starting the exercise. My cardio has also slightly improved and I am very happy with these small improvements because it keeps me going everyday although I am now having the results I want right away!
    After 3 weeks, and a day sick (I did not eat that day, because I had gastro), I went back to my previous weight. I originally was 57kg but I gained 3kg due to poor eating habits that I think I mentioned before but I finally deciced to weight myself again and I am at 57.4kg! So I basically lost the extra kg I gained. For now my goal is to maintain it, so I will keep up with the workouts and healthy eating habits I've acquired. And I very much love the way I look right now. I do not know if I want to lose any more weight but I still want to lose the remaining of my stomach fat which I do not know if I can easily lose without a full weight loss journey. But I'll see how things goes! I am very happy with my current weight and I'll do my best to maintain it for the next upcoming 3 weeks before making any drastic decision on if I should lose more or simply maintain.
    Advice:
    1. At first I just wanted to do these workouts to go on a scale and see that the numbers went down but now I do not focus so much on the numbers but the physique. So do I look like I’ve lost weight or is the scale just telling me that I am.
    2. For anyone like me who kept weighing themselves everyday after each workout I advise you to stop doing it. Because when I would see I was the same weight, I would get discouraged sometimes and unwilling to do the workouts because I wouldn’t even see any immediate improvement. But once I understood that to be able to see the numbers go down it will really depend on when do I weighed myself- so after eating or when I wake up, also how does my metabolism functions, and if I stop the bad eating habits I had, it helped me to stop feeling bad when I would watch these RUclips videos of girls saying they lost 5kg or 11lbs in 2 days and that I saw that I could not achieve it in 2 days. Everyone is different and each body needs a certain time to adjust accordingly to certain circumstances to be able to see some results.
    3. I was someone who would eat at whatever hour and sometimes even when I was not hungry. I just felt like I had to eat. But since I stopped doing that, I realized that it helped me feel lighter, my metabolism was improved and I stopped gaining an insane amount of weight daily. I would also get less bloated and leaving time for my body to fully digest each thing that I am ingesting. I started doing intermittent fasting as well (YOU DO NOT HAVE TO! IT WAS MY WAY OF REDUCING MY BAD EATING HABITS SINCE MY BODY WAS NOT REACTING WELL TO EATING AFTER CERTAIN HOURS!) so I only eat during a certain period of time daily and by 8PM I fully stop eating because it is harder for me to digest the food since I go to bed near that time and therefore I have time to fully digest before bed.
    4. I drink green tea every night after my dinner. It helps me with bloating, digestion but also has calming purposes, giving me the opportunity to sleep better throughout the night. I guess any tea would do the trick, so try it and let me know if it works for you.
    5. Find yourself a real goal to help you keep going. If for example you want to lose weight like me do not just tell yourself I want to lose weight. Go deeper. Why do you want to lose weight? How would you feel if you lost weight? Etc. Once you’ve answered these questions you now know that loosing weight is going to have many benefits into your life. So whenever you feel like giving up you now have an incentive to keep you going!

    I ain't sure what most of these people are talking about but yes, doing just one workout won't give you an hourglass body shape BUT also you won't get it if it isn't your bone structure and if it isn't then you'd need good body fat proportions or money for surgery.

      If u are fat then motivate yourself.
      If u are slim then think if I will not do so I will get fat.
      If u can't wake up early in morning so I can suggest u to keep your alarm far away than u

      You should always stretch or warm up before workout! And if ur a begginer only do few workouts and only until what you can do, don't force urself. I recommend getting better first before starting again.
