If this didnt worked for you. Here's one solution that worked for me. The motherboard has a input and output jack at the back of the computer (for me it was green and pink). Get a 2 male to one female 3.5 cable for this. Plug it and that should help
Do you use PC If so I too got the same problem And finally understood that most pc have headphone jack and mic jack But not headset jack So you need a audio y jack It has two inputs you need to connect it to PC And has one output in that you need to connect your headset Then There you go. Thanks

I see, since you have an audio interface, have you made sure that you have connected both your mic and headset properly to your PC? Because if both are wired, then you have to make sure that you properly connect them with your audio interface. Moreover, in sound settings (sound panel), make sure that the right speakers and mic are selected. I suspect what is happening is that when you listen to something, your mic changes from your external mic to your headset's mic (even if headset has no mic). That is why you are unable to use them together

My recording devices have been missing for a year now, I've tried everything. And it seems they disappeared on my Laptop and PC at the same time (both with Windows 10). Recording devices are not hidden, not disabled, they are simply nowhere to be found. Updating drivers only make it worse, I have to rollback. If you are using realtek, then open its audio panel and configure it so it knows which kind of devices have you connected with pc

right click on the white area of the recording page then left click on show disabled, then your mic will display
