    Wenever I need motivation I watch your videos. You are such an inspiration. I've learned alot watching your videos. And your still doing this which is cool. I post some of your videos just to show them the esthetics you got. So on that note thanks for explaining so well about what you do and how you do it. Keep making them and I'll keep watching.

    Rob, I know you tested positive back in that post-competition test but I still have 100% faith in you and give you all the credit.
    People do not understand the INSANE amount of hard work and effort you put in, both inside the gym and out, and I feel bad for all of the people who feel the need to try to put you down for a mistake that is in your past and you have moved on from.
    Happy to see you back producing videos on a some-what regular basis and hope you continue to see success, as I believe you deserve it.

    Hi, Rob really like all your videos, they are filled with loads of info and motivation on bodybuilding, i really love to see your workout videos infact i first watch them and then hit the gym. Rob i am unable to get biceps peak can you please give me more tips on who to build those biceps peak. I would appreciate if you could upload more videos on biceps peak workout.

    Great video, I'd like to see a video just focusing specifically on exercises for gaining bicep mass (of course a caloric surplus is necessary too)

    I'm not accusing him with anything but 15 sets for biceps in one day ? How come this is suitable for natural bodybuilders ?

      of course it is much, I do 2 sets for biceps per day. Maybe 4 sets on maximum ( 4 times a week so 8-16 sets per week) anything above this is exaggration.

      Agreed, it is way to much! I do 5x5 heavy sets of barbell row, then 3 sets of bicepscurl on a fullbody workout, anything more is just a waste

    I like decline curls. You can always feel the full extension, and it rips it up good. Throw in some hammer curls, and you've got a winner.

      +OnJohn Dumbell workouts..use your left hand first in certain exercises if you must ;)

    As I have told Rob at Gold's Venice, this is the best arm workout video on RUclips. And yes, Rob's guns look just as awesome in person -- check out 2:45 2:50 and 5:11. He's a very nice guy and does a great job with his training clients.
