Rob, I know you tested positive back in that post-competition test but I still have 100% faith in you and give you all the credit. People do not understand the INSANE amount of hard work and effort you put in, both inside the gym and out, and I feel bad for all of the people who feel the need to try to put you down for a mistake that is in your past and you have moved on from. Happy to see you back producing videos on a some-what regular basis and hope you continue to see success, as I believe you deserve it.

what are the best exercise for four arm
I'm not accusing him with anything but 15 sets for biceps in one day ? How come this is suitable for natural bodybuilders ?

Agreed, it is way to much! I do 5x5 heavy sets of barbell row, then 3 sets of bicepscurl on a fullbody workout, anything more is just a waste

I like decline curls. You can always feel the full extension, and it rips it up good. Throw in some hammer curls, and you've got a winner.

my right arm is a LOT stronger than my left, is there a good way to fix this other than doing more reps on the left?
