      Also, freezing the bananas eliminates the need for ice cubes and any liquid. Defrost them slightly and then add them to the food processor for some creamy ice cream or soft serve consistency (depending on blending time and amounts of bananas).

    If you soak raw whole almonds overnight then blend/strain the same way, your almond milk will be more flavorful and a little thicker

    When I do a body reset , I try to make it simple. Fruit smoothies, stir fry, grilled veggies , steel cut oatmeal, lots of water and kombucha.

    Right on time. I’m literally starting my reset on Sunday. I’m doing a 28 days detox and I’m in the midst of transitioning to better eating lifestyle habits. Not going vegan but definitely a plant base eating resuming.... love all your meals and can’t wait to try them out. You make it look so good and easy. I have a nutria bullet so I hope my blends turn out the same. You look amazing as always, BTW. Lots of love 🤗

    For the soup with the kimich instead of olive oil , you could use sesame oil and with the scallions you should also add toasted sesame seeds. To give it more of an Asian flair.

    You always have such great meal ideas. You should write a cookbook for raw and cooked vegan meals. I definitely would buy the first copy. Truth be told you are pretty fabulous at everything you do. 💕💕

    I’m glad this was a short term fast/cleanse and not a long term plan. I’ve seen some vegans on RUclips with super restrictive diets. The worse they feel, the more detoxing they think they need. One lady only ate fruit. It’s crazy.

    Every meal looks incredible! I've never done a fully raw diet nor do I think i ever will but I think in summer when you want something healthy, refreshing and easy, these recipes are going to be perfect. So good 🤩

    I just tried the nut cereal and it is a good cereal substitute! I like everything SWEET and I'm surprised that this is sweet enough for me. I only topped mine with freeze dried blueberries and used ready made vanilla almond milk. I think the only thing is to remember to add enough toppings so it's not a bowl of mush.
    THIS IS GREAT and I'm glad to have a quick breakfast/snack!
    I'm eating it now and it's SO GOOD!

    I just knew this ain’t gonna be good. The nut bowl and homemade almond milk looked dry and flavorless but I’m trying to reset my body and lose these lbs. Y’all!!!! Why have I been buying almond milk all these years! This was delicious! The milk is delicious - I didn’t have dates so mine was unsweet but I added bananas, blueberries, and pumpkin seeds on top of the nut mix. I don’t have a food processor so I mixed everything with my nutribullet. I also didn’t have a strainer cloth (found out later on google search called nut milk bag) so I used paper towels for my almond milk which was a mess but it did the job, lol. I’ll definitely be making this many times during this raw food journey. Thanks @TheChicNatural!

    I made this and it was absolutely delicious!! I didn’t add coconut because I am not a fan. Instead of raspberries, I added strawberries. I’m looking to find one of those “strainers” for making natural almond milk, so since I didn’t have one, I just used my store bought vanilla unsweetened almond milk and it turned out great! Thanks for these recipes! I’m excited to try the veggie sushi next!

    Absolutely loved this! 💕 I really like kimchi and mushrooms, but never thought of combining the two like that before. Will definitely try marinating mushrooms in kimchi next time. Also will try the cereal and the peanut dip! So inspired 🤗

    I'm doing a 30 day detox week 2.
    I am doing all raw foods fruits and veggies. It is tuff, but I am sticking with it! Everything looked delicious

    I made the nut cereal and veggie sushi rolls today. Not as pretty as yours but definitely delish!! And they are filling. Note: I used purchased almond milk, one day I'll try homemade. I want to do raw one week a month so I'm starting to experiment with recipes.

    So i don’t have a food processor, just a blender but i did the soup last night, didn’t have scallions but everything else n it turned out good! Better than what i imagined... that kimchi has a very strong stank smell, lol.. i did the cereal this morn and OMG! Soo soo so good! Tfs

    I'm doing a 7 day fruit and veggie challenge and I came across your channel while searching. I didn't think people were still doing raw foods LOL! That cereal was fire. I made it today and it was so filling. Definitely going to be a staple that I'll make in batches. I also made the seaweed wraps and peanut sauce. That sauce is Delicious! Thanks for sharing.     I hope you're considering putting out a cookbook. Books are a great investment of time these days and you're very creative so I don't think you'd struggle with ideas. You could even have a section on vegan meals for kids.

    How long can homemade nut milks last. Can you meal prep with them for like 3 or four days or do they go bad immediately? And I wonder if that homemade nut cereal could be meal prepped. I would love to make a big batch for a week. Love this video. Had to watch again.

    For the desert, you can peel and freeze your fruit and that'll give you a sorbet like consistency.. Super amazing and delicious. Love straight out from Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹
