Did you order it with case noise cancelation mod(films and sandwich under pcb)? I know it can be loud and rattle because the case is hollow by default, I want to order mine with this mod.
Nope, just the standard model. The official store and the amazon listings doesn't offer noise cancellation mods. Apparently most user of Keychron C1, especially those who use clicky switches, just puts foam inside the board casing. I haven't modded mine yet because I use linear switches and I always wear headphones so the hollow rattling sound doesn't bother me much.
Adding a foam mod is very easy and is practically free. Just remove the plate housing, unscrew the screws holding the pcb down, and use some foam that came from the box for your foam mod and put it in the case. Then screw everything back up, put the plate housing back on top and you’re done!

It’s a joke, gateron browns are known for having such a minimal tactile bump that it can sometimes feel like a linear.
