Great tutorial! It definitely makes the bike look a lot cleaner! I struggled so much with all the wiring when I changed out the display because I didn't take off the battery cover! Wish I had seen this. That little clip that you had so much trouble with looks like a circlip. Very common for the retention of pins. They make circlip pliers that basically function by the jaws of the pliers opening up when you squeeze the handles.
@rickyonwheels5413 I turned off regen on my bike then took off the stock brakes sensors off and when I installed the new hydraulic brakes for some reason on sport mode I still have regen can you help me ?💀Bro it free wheels at 100-90%When it reaches 80% regen kicks in when I let off the throttle
I barly noticed the music until you mentioned it in the comments, its a nice touch. I think you could just use some electrical tape to cover the open brake sensor plugs. I wouldn't worry abt is un less your going to wash it any time soon and even then if you wash the bike correctly it shouldn't be a problem. I love the vids and can't wait for the next one. 💯
You do not need to remove the battery top to do this. Not at all. Just the key surround. Also some electrical will cover up thise unused plugs and keep them clean/dry. Cheers
@@rickyonwheels5413 I literally did 2 of them today. 100% able to take the key surround off while the battery lid is there my friend just tilt it up and out
@rickyonwheels5413 yep its just a tad finicky but once you've figured out what angle it needs to be on it only takes 45 seconds to get them wires all un covered. Cheers man! Least you have the majority of the info in your videos correct...some of the junk you watch people do/hear about online is just mind blowing dog water. Keep up the good work!
Sorry it's eight short and one long you have to use the cable that came with your bike you plug it into where you plug your BMS and Hall sensor cables into

was really questioning putting in the music. curious if you guys think it helps make it less boring or if its just too distracting while im talking?

I'm also a fan of your narritive and of the clarity of your explanation. The video was plenty informative for the topic of the video.
You can prob put e tape on the plug holes that are in the bike
Can you please make a video about how to program it to turn it off instead

Excellent video & great tips...Doing mine tonight :)
Q. Does it give you more speed or just more control?
Super late response sorry haha but it just makes it easier to control
Do you need to take out the battery tray? Ir is possible to do it with it on
I was able to pull the sensors out without removing the tray
How come you didn't just turn them off?
Nvm I read the discription
@@azndrifter204 I also really like that it gets rid of the wires

How would you get down to the wires otherwise? You can’t fully remove the ignition cover without taking the battery cover off.

please don’t yank them out 😂
You don't really need to disconnect it you can tune it with the brake handle by pressing it down I think nine times and then holding it 10
