Dance is actually a good workout🏋🚴💪 I've been dancing for almost 2 yrs now (not a pro) And i can see some changes both for my dance and my posture😊😊they are simple workouts in which you will see a drastic change....

For anyone out there, it's true K-pop idols are beautiful but so are u❤ Don't fall into that crap of if u get that type of body u will be happy. Work out just for working out not for achievieng a certain body. This video IS helpful but don't Never forget that K-pop idols life and urs are not the same they have professional wacthing over them but not like u just Do Ur best and don't be too harsh on urself, u will reach that goal fighting ❤❤!

You can do Pilates at home even do you don’t have the equipment you can follow @hinafit that’s a very good RUclipsr that does Pilate routines you can follow ❤ and if in your city there are pilate classes with professional people better!❤
You give good advice but you can't overdo cardio. Cause that will make your knees weaker. That's why you need to combine cardio with weight training. Otherwise your knees will become overloaded en your resistance will become bad.
