@@elizabethsy4739 when I started my jump rope I couldn't even do 2 jumps but as soon as I started doing everyday little 50/100/150 I started to gain strength and I can do now 3k jumps you have keep it consistent and do with patience, Sometimes when I'm not in mood to do cardio or abs i simply do yoga to relieve all my body pain and stretches myself on weekends, you don't have to dance like professional just do whatever makes makes u happy and do any moves on ur favourite song for 30mins, talkin' bout yoga you can search on RUclips different position try to do 5min a day then increase everyday as per your preferences.
It's hard to keep a workout routine and they have to have a perfect body and that's really hard,i don't think it's normal to need for your agency to be really thin. Their health go first. Well either way, they are burning ALOT of calories during their sessions. Lisa? She does 2hrs of boxing, that’s 700 per hour aka 1400 calories in one session. And then dancing? That’s like 600 and hour. She isn’t naturally thin, she exercising like a maniac
