How to make simple Carrot Cake without nuts | Carrot Cake Recipe | Easter Cake

It is Easter season and carrot cake is a Easter cake. In this video am showing how to make a Simple Carrot cake. It is a very easy carrot cake recipe.The carrot cake recipe is without nuts instead am using Sultana.
In my frosting am using cream cheese without Butter.
Ingredients:
200g sugar
1 tablespoons Vanilla Sugar
200g Cooking oil
3 Eggs
250g Flour
1teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
50g Sultana
200g Grated carrots
2 tablespoon orange juice
Frosting:
300g Cheese Cream
100g Powdered Sugar
1 tablespoon Vanilla Sugar
1/2 Lemon juice
Pre-heat 180°C / 350°F / Gas 4
Bake 35min - 40min
