I completely agree with your thoughts. Went to '20 Sedona MTB Festival, demo'ed both. Offering would my choice as well because it was simply a well-rounded, capable and fun trail bike. Wreckoning was fun as well, very forgiving with any mistakes with front wheel placement, but it's alot of bike unless I was a EWS level rider.
Love the video bud. Keep it up. I screenshot your subscriber count cos I love watching the progress over time. I know you'll be climbing in the coming years and look forward to witnessing it. Just never stop!
Cheers! Thanks for the review! I bought an Offering myself the other day, chased it through the bikepark and also some trails. I come from the SC HTOG but I found the evil a bit better. What I noticed however, the back suspension is a bit stiff or taut...it's not really plush I think. Maybe I have to adjust the shock (DPX2) a bit or need to run it in. How did you feel about the back suspension? Is it kind of progressive?
Stephan Ebert it wasn’t quite as plush feeling as the Wreckoning, but far from what I would describe as stiff. The initial stroke was very supple but it ramped up for bigger hits or to provide a nice platform for jumping. Maybe the difference in shocks could explain the differences we felt? I haven’t got my Offering yet, so maybe I can give you more of an opinion when it arrives later this week.
@@ksand6718 I'm still super happy with it. I got it with a 150mm fork, and that's definitely been working great for me. The default shock also didn't feel super up to the task, but adding a MegNeg to it helped a ton. I recently put a coil shock on it, so I'll probably be making a video about my thoughts on that soon. I've been off the bike since basically October due to a string of injuries but I'm looking forward to ramping up video production again - thanks for the subscription!

You cleared up that decision for me, thanks, enjoy your new bike
