  • I wanted to share my interview with a member who has been in the mentorship for 2 months. While her recovery isn't done and she is making tons of progress, I wanted to invite her to share with you how the recovery journey is like within the first couple of months.
    I hope this inspires you that recovery is possible and that this channel is one step in the right direction toward your healing.

    Ahh i like that when she said you have to be willing to change this is true because sometimes even when i want the change i feel a bit of resistance deep down that’s keeping me from actually going through with it so willingness to change is a big part!

    I’ve noticed that when I tend to eat more, my mental health improves. I wonder how much of anxiety and depression are driven by caloric deficiencies.

    • @AJ-il1lm8ph7z
      @AJ-il1lm8ph7z Год назад +1

      There Is evidence for it! It can be down to a deficiency as we are what we eat. Ofcourse it is about YOU but its always good to eliminate other things that can be affecting your mental health. For e.g if you see women going through menopause or on their menstrual cycle cam Experience insane level of anxiety even post natal women do. So don't be shy to try out things or even if possible find out if you have any deficiency which might lift the edge off the anxiety.

    I feel like my brain gets swelling from inside and something with my brain and feel dizzy and nausea, is anyone there who also feels same??

    • @lucylight176
      @lucylight176 Год назад +2

      Yes. Exactly as you describe. It all died down once I started becoming calmer about it in the way these guys recommend. I also started 'meeting' my symptoms inside my head/body and sort of breathing into the fear/discomfort with comforting, reassuring thoughts/feelings ...has really helped :)

    • @rafaelgauralla4797

      Same
      But not dizziness.
      Only nausea
      I had dizziness, headache, insomnia
      Everything gone.
      Now only nausea, mild digestive problem and mild discomfort in chest.

      If ur doctor has told that nothing wrong then it is anxiety....you brain can give worst scenario thoughts and make you feel likes believing on that.btw..these are very normal symptoms of anxiety
