I am 41 and am now realizing that I have chronic venous insufficiency and it began at around age 30. Im 29, male, and just found out I have early stages of this. I currently have a pulsing vein on the inside of my ankle and its giving me pain/painful to touch. Also feels like I have nerve pain in my foot too. Im freaking out by eating properly, getting more exercise, and sitting less. I really hope this isn't a sign of worse vein damage in my legs, or something that gets worse to the point of being debilitating.

Great video of explaining my now disabilitating pain. I've dealt with the increase in problems for years and now the pain is always present where I cannot stand for long, sleep and it's so painfully distracting I can't do my job. I've have been diagnosed with this problem and waiting for insurance approval for the work to be done. This pain is so bad I feel it down the back side of my left leg, all the way around my calve, ankle and foot. My muscles spasm with leg numbness and it feels like something is running down the inside of my leg. My veins are pretty big with multiple spider veins too. 😭😭😭😭😭
