A bit, the maid recommended, but ir just treats the symptoms a bit and is nor a cure to it. Ever looked into that new foam their using with laser surgery for vericose veins? My mom is doing that now and actually the results look pretty good. Problem is, the insurance companies may not cover it unless ya are an extreme case. But who knows with whst they are seeing with my mom, it maybe worth the insurance companies oking it even if the foam has a short lifespand.

Did ya try changing to a softer, wider bike seat? Bells brand that is wide and very cushion-y is pretty good or ya need to change your biking position stance, my aunt with her type one diabetes, has her handle bars curved inward and are a bit higher, I think it was, to grab, to help her circulation.

great video! Im 22 and im so insecure because of the veins on my legs. About one year ago I started to get leg pain, I couldn't even sleep at night. Now one year later I see that I have gotten many variose vens in the legs. I weigh about 60 kg and im 167 m long. I never wear skirts or shorts. And in the last year it has gotten so much worse. I dont know how i will survie the summer. Im so scared to wear a bikini i feel so insecure. Will it get worse with time? Does many young people have this problem? My doctor say that i need to exersice... i feel helpless

loveiseverything003 go to a vascular surgeon. Get diagnosed. You will be given options for treatments. Those unsightly varicose veins can be treated with sclerotherapy (I've had 6 sessions) and the pain can be lessened with the use of medical grade compression stockings.

@@vishwaguruindiatv8861 it does but sometimes ita not the persons fault totally. Certain genes and the genentics hormone lvls dont help matters and sometimes the veins blowing up aka inflammation in one spot earlier can cause water retention/weight that just snowballs everything. Thus once treatment od the veins occurs, that fluid weighr can be loss and can explain how some people have a hard time losing that weight due to conditions even if dieting and following a strict schedule and regiment. So it may not be their weight's fault. Fat shaming is just wrong as well.
Yes it is a cause pending by person, doing like what occurs to pipes once one breaks then they all do, thus station and sections were put in to fix that but pipes were based off veins system. However, it could also be fluid build up due to injury to those veins so getting them laser or special foam treated could actually fix that issue/ make ya loose that fluid retension weight. Its kinda a putting the cart before the horse or horse before the cart or which came first the chicken or the egg issue on where it lies as a symptom and cause conundrum. So it depends on genetics and if ya really injured the area when younger, thus shows up when older if not a family genetic issue if younger and have it.

How can we prevent spider veins?
I developed spider and varicose veins during pregnancy. The pressure on my pelvis caused my legs to balloon up and swell to 3-4 times normal size. It was horrible!
Even 2 years after the delivery of my baby, I’m still suffering from the same swelling, although not as bad, but the spider/ varicose veins have remained and are painful.
Anyway, the vascular surgeon I saw told me to maintain a healthy weight, wear compression socks/ stockings, the typical exercise and healthy diet. He also told me that because I’m a woman over 35, who’s given birth, has fair skin, that I’m going to deal with varicose veins for the rest of my life. Cool, huh?! Ugh
