Buster plagiarized in college and was kicked out. I live in SC, I always thought he and Stephen Smith had an affair, Buster and 2 other guys were seen at the scene, also Busters home was not far from the road Stephen was found on.

You can do anything in the court room, don't have to be right but you have that freedom unless you are just straight up disrupting the courts. As for the weapons. They had a weapons expert come in and empty it in front of everyone in the court multiple times & had no magazines in it.

Don't feel too bad for Buster guys. I grew up in Hampton, graduated the same year as him and Stephen. Folks here talk and the only story going around town is that he's the one who killed him. Obviously I can't say for sure but just knowing Buster and his buddies and the rampant homophobia in this town... Im inclined to believe it. Stephen was a sunny, unabashedly himself person and deserves his own justice.

Because this guy will hurt anybody to try to get the heat off himself or try to gain sympathy. Plus, the housekeeper was still holding on until a hospital visit from Alex. He’s a serial unaliver.

Buster was shown pictures and videos of mother and brother who were brutally murdered not one tear NOTHING. Buster was able to sit in the audience and be a witness and testify on behalf of his father. Nobody knows what happen to the cloth Alex was wearing that night. Buster's alibi is his girlfriend that is all. The defense also asked buster if he was afraid for his life or carried a gun he said no he was not afraid. I believe Alex had help that night. The idea their are no other suspect and the fact she was planning to leave him after the theft, drugs and other women.

No way the shooter/s wait for this guy to leave and/or not wait for him to get back. They would want him dead as well. Keep in mind that they are in the middle of nowhere so being quiet and having to get away asap are not important.

And their “expert” saying it had to be 5’2 to shoot the shot. I wonder if Alex got down on a knee would that make him 5’2-5’4 at that point? Evidence said it seemed like the mom was running away. I can imagine he shot his son and then she ran and he got on a knee, focused, and then shot like he was hunting her. Who knows? Just my speculation.

Just to put it out there specifically in regard to the part in question about whether his dad said, they did him so bad or I did them so bad. Before the spot light turned on that statement while I was strictly listening with high quality headphones in each ear I clearly heard him say, “THEY did them so bad.” After hearing this statement was in question I played it back 5 or six times in one sitting and it was again clear to me that he said, “THEY did them so bad.” There was only one time where I though ok I can see how they may of thought they heard, I did them so bad. Then I replayed it again and again and again and again. I am completely without a doubt certain that what I am hearing is him saying, THEY did them so bad. As far as that question is concerned I would also find it very hard to believe that after listen to the statement the way I did repeatedly a very large majority of people would hear THEY and to be honest I’m not sure why this is being questioned since I can clearly hear the word THEY. Additionally it might not be in question or as significant but I also hear THEY DID IT not him.
