@@garypuckettmuse You're incorrect. Mark Tinsley actually talked about his cancer and having his chemo treatment in Florida, during this very testimony, in this video. He discusses it beginning at 30:10 to 30:40. A big aspect of being a juror, is to listen carefully to witnesses testimonies on the witness stand, and pay close attention, so as to be able to make good decisions, after considering all the facts. John Tiller, who was the attorney representing Progressive in the boat crash case, and also a good friend of Mr. Tinsley also had cancer during this trial, Pancreatic cancer. Unfortunately he died from it, before the case could be settled. Mark Tinsley's cancer has responded to chemo treatment very well, and he is doing pretty good now. So, actually, if you are ever on a jury, be sure and pay a little better attention, and know the facts, and try to make a good decision, instead of making totally untrue statements while admonishing the public, of being uninformed. You got that backwards this time.

Their dad died in an automobile accident caused by a truck driver waving him across a busy highway. I initially thought he was just an ambulance chaser, however he turned out to be a very caring person and really wanted the best for my kids. Of course, the bigger the settlement, the bigger his fee, but he would have got nothing if they lost the case. At our deposition he stood his ground against the attorney representing the trucking line, and even missed his flight just to stay and have dinner with and get to know the kids better. Sweet man

Edit: an example is 14:24 , but there are many instances of him glaring at Tinsley. =D
Watching AM's face looking at Tinsley - he really REALLY doesn't like him. And why doesn't he like him? Because Tinsley sees right through him. He sees AM for what he is. He can't be charmed by him or manipulated by him - and AM's used to charming and manipulating people, so it just KILLS him that Tinsley simply doesn't care about him, and can't be controlled. The fury that AM must feel knowing that here's one person he simply can't charm, manipulate, or control. Ahhhh, it's absolutely beautiful to behold.

Attorney Tinsely was a very important witness in this trial. I agree with the many others who have commented on here that Attorney Tinsely is a stand up guy, an honest person and Attorney with integrity who believes in the law and in justice and fights for his clients. He is everything that Alec Murdaugh is not. I was saddened to hear that Attorney Tinsely has been fighting cancer (and also lost a dear friend to the same disease). I hope he is on the road to recovery. I will keep him and his family in my prayers.

The smug smirk on Alex’s face while Mr. Tinsely recalls the confrontation at the law conference is unbelievable. That’s the face of a man that has ALWAYS gotten what he wants, ALWAYS gets away with what he does, and has zero respect for others. If you’ve been following this case, then you know it doesn’t take a smug smirk to tell you that about him, but what it does tell me is that even in the face of potential life in prison, he can’t help himself but to flaunt his grandiose attitude. I’m not exaggerating, that was reminiscent of monster trial behavior. Unreal!
