Seeing this video again has happened at a time when I really need it. I am having a problem with one ankle at the moment, with swelling and pain, so loaded movement is not possible. This unloaded version of a squat is perfect, and I really enjoy practicing it. Thank you Petra!

I love this one too but I'm bummed to hear about your ankle! Let me know if I can support you in that at all!

Petra Fisher thanks for your support! This issue presented out of the blue a week ago. Thinking it is a cumulative/compensation thing. I have had lots of issues with my right hip for many years and frequently have sore cracks on my right heel. I know this affects my walking gait. Perhaps trying to push my body more than it is ready for at present with loaded squatting. Will be having some imaging done this week on the left ankle. I appreciate your response! Enjoy your Sunday!

Nice incremental approach. I’ve been looking into mobility, this is nice and slow introduction for someone past their 30s
