Hi Petra! What do you think about practicing balance on a street curb? When I walk the dog, I often try to walk the curb rather than on the sidewalk (if that makes sense?). You recommended a 2x4 and I'm wondering if a curb is too wide to be very useful.
I think that's a great option! I think a 2x4 might give you a slightly different feel but in general I'm pro variety and continuing your challenges, so my vote is both!

I have a small leg length discrepancy due to bone overgrowth from when I broke my femur as a child. Will that cause a problem in doing your exercises?
