Thank you. Excellent breakdown,
I love the way you taught this ... Show step by step plus exercise that will work up to the final standing .. 💪!❤
Like to see this teaching on the squat sitting. I have no trouble doing a squat, I just cannot stay sitting. 😂❤
I'm so glad this was helpful for you!! 😊 My squatting challenge would be a great next step 💪 bit.ly/45tIE44
Some great ideas, thank you. At the end of my daily yoga sessions, when I sit cross-legged, I try and get up from there with no assistance. I kinda wind my body up and toss myself up, or not! It depends on the day!🙂
Bravooo!! That sounds like a great start 😊 You're so welcome!
Thank you for breaking it down! This is the best explanation I’ve seen. 👍
Yayy!! My pleasure! I'm happy to help 😊
Thank you so much for your knowledge and the interest to share it. I'm pretty thankful to you. I'll practice and share to you how long time it takes to me to do it.

Oldscool moves is great! He gives lots of great ideas. 😊
I’m unable to stand up. I do know how to get up from the ground. Self Recovery. If I’m on the ground and someone is harming me it is essential to be able to get up. I’ve had surgery on both shoulders and for awhile I couldn’t get up at all. I thought it was a Yoga get-up pose. I’m not so graceful anymore. Falling backwards either sitting from a standing position or standing from a seated position I fall backwards
We all have to start where we're at. If you're looking for more, my floor sitting guide has lots of resources so you can start small. I'll link it here: bit.ly/3PBXGj1
